Jordan Hipwell today released Plant Daddy, a simple and modern app that helps you care for your plants. The app is built with SwiftUI and includes modern features including dark mode, a customizable app icon, and iCloud sync. Plant Daddy is simple and easy to use. Quickly add a plant, give it a name, and preferably a photo. Enter any notes to reference in the future such as care instructions, light requirements, soil needs, etc.

Plant Daddy is simple and easy to use. Quickly add a plant, give it a name, and preferably a photo. Enter any notes to reference in the future such as care instructions, light requirements, soil needs, etc. Any any other desired information such as the date planted, its scientific name, and location. Set how often you'd like to water your plant and a notification will be sent when it's watering time.
Plant Daddy includes modern features including support for dark mode, a customizable app icon, convenient notifications that include plant photos, a home screen quick action to quickly add a new plant, iCloud backup and sync, and full accessibility support.
Plant Daddy is focused and intuitive. It intentionally does not include features like plant identification, care suggestions, light detection, discovery, sharing, etc. Other apps and websites can accomplish those needs. Plant Daddy is your place to store notes, get reminded when it's time to water, and admire your lovely collection of plants.
