Paragon's popular OS X utility allows anyone to easily access Windows NTFS-formatted hard disk partitions. OS X 10.11 El Capitan's new System Integrity Protection (SIP) feature prevents the use of third-party disk utilities in OS X Disk Utility. Paragon NTFS for Mac overcomes this limitation, simplifying management of such volumes in El Capitan.
Paragon NTFS for Mac allows users to check and repair the file system integrity of NTFS partitions via the app's graphical interface, using its volume management functions, instead of using complicated command line tools, as is required by other utilities of this type.
"While Mac OS X allows users to easily read from Windows NTFS formatted partitions, it doesn't allow them to write files to such a drive without entering arcane commands into Terminal, or allow them to fix any problems that a volume's file system might incur," says Paragon Software Group product manager Ivan Sidorin. "Paragon NTFS for Mac allows users to read, write, run diagnostics, and fix any issues with NTFS volumes directly from its graphical volume management interface, simplifying the use of NTFS formatted volumes on the Mac."
Users can conveniently use Paragon NTFS for Mac to easily navigate the contents of any NTFS drive, allowing them to read, edit, copy, or create files and folders on the drive. The app provides fast and transparent access to any NTFS partition while running OS X 10.11.

With the debut of OS X 10.11 El Capitan, Apple introduced a new system protection feature called System Integrity Protection, which prevents modifications to certain system files, folders and processes. This adds a layer of protection for the system by only allowing system binaries to be modified by the system installer and software updates. El Capitan no longer allows code injection and runtime attachments to system binaries, as was allowed by previous versions of the operating system. Paragon NTFS for Mac 14 is fully compatible with this new security feature, allowing safe and hassle-free access to NTFS partitions.

Many people are affected by bullying, have been diagnosed with cancer or some other debilitating illness, are dealing with a handicap, or simply loneliness and suffer depression as a result. In these days of social media, it's normally only people who are out there enjoying life with no limitations that we see every day on our screens, and whilst this is good for those people, we want everybody to enjoy life this way. At Wefriends we want to show people that they aren't the only ones going through suffering and that they can also connect with people near them or even miles away and build a circle of friends. There have been too many cases of suicide stemming from loneliness and depression and often all that person needed was someone to talk to and someone to understand them.

This interactive and smart app creates customizable workouts from a database of 1500 exercises that can accommodate any user. Updown allows individuals to exercise at any location at any time, no matter the experience level.
Updown Fitness transform a users' phone into a personal trainer without the cost. Users can choose from five different workout types: cardio, strength, core, cross, and stretch. Additionally, a user can create a workout from scratch if so inclined. Once a workout type is chosen, users then select their time, location, and level of intensity to make a workout truly theirs.
The app instantly produces a workout which the user can then perform by following along with the timers and animations. The app records and analyzes all workouts completed and is as specific as possible to provide the best results. A feature unique to Updown, a proprietary algorithm uses the past recorded data when creating new workouts. Parameters such as reps and weights are adjusted to the users's strength levels and will gradually become more challenging so that the user will never hit a plateau.
