The generic idea of the app is to get rid of the need to look at your iPhone or a sheet of paper (if you're truly barbaric) for details about the workout you are doing. FitPRO does this by first allowing the user to create a workout. This workout can be created through intelligent generation by FitPRO or entering a completely custom workout. After creating the workout and assigning preferences for sets, reps, and duration, the user can tap start and begin the workout. FitPRO then provides notifications for the beginning of each set and, the best part, synthesized text to speech so you don't need to look at your phone at all. Through timed notifications, you will also have completely consistent rest durations. Consistency is key for success in just about everything.
