Kids and adults alike will challenge their brains and dexterity when racing to decide if numbers flowing in a constant stream across their device's screen follow a particular math "rule" or don't follow that "rule" and then flicking those numbers to the right or left, respectively.

Players choose the Mathematical Skills they would like to tackle:
* Multiplication Tables
* Relativity ("Greater Than" and "Less Than")
* Square Numbers and Exponents

Then they can choose the level, mode and duration of questions.

Level One begins with:
* Multiplication Tables up to 10x with answers up to 100
* Relativity Comparisons between 10 and 10,000
* x2 up to 100

Level Four stretches the brain even further with:
* Multiplication Tables up to 12x with answers up to 2400, plus x2, x5, x10, x20, x25, x50 with answers up to 9,999
* Relativity Comparisons with Fractions, Decimals and Negative Numbers
* x2 up to 202, x3 up to 203, as well as, 2n and 3n, with answers up to 9,999

For a even greater challenge, and the chance to get more points, players can implement the power moves with multi-touch gestures: slide two fingers to speed up or slow down the number stream, and spread out two fingers to split the stream in two. Catch the bonus time and points multipliers as they flow past for even more point totals. Players can track their own progress and see how they compare to other contestants on the device.

The modern sleek watercolor style of Rule It Out! is a refreshing addition to the App Store's Educational Games category. It's a game that looks like it belongs pre-installed on the new line-up of Apple devices with its minimal text and the ability of the user to choose his or her own gorgeous game "wallpaper".
