This adventure takes place in London, England and is in-rhyme; a great way of getting kids to read and spell. Following the enormous success of "Marlee and the Diamond Earring," Diana Ward has teamed up with Appsamax with her 2nd brilliantly illustrated, narrated kids book. Brilliantly illustrated, this narrated storybook for children highlights London and its famous landmarks. As you follow Marlee on her adventure, you will soon recognise Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, St. Paul's Cathedral, The Tower of London (With the poppies!) Piccadilly Circus and so much more.

"For those of you who read "Marlee and the Diamond Earring," you will remember the lady in this book, who Marlee has just found out, is a princess who had been visiting the Cayman Islands," said Diana Ward, Owner of Georgetown based Marlee's Adventures. "She has invited Marlee over to London. Marlee has a big leaving party in the Cayman Islands, before she gets on a plane for Heathrow airport in London."

The story in rhyme, starts as a sight seeing tour for Marlee, but soon turns into a crime solving adventure, involving the Queen and the new friends from London, Marlee encounters on her way. Squirrel Sam from Buckingham Palace jumps on Marlee's back as they head off to the Tower of London where they meet a beefeater in his beautiful red uniform. TheBeefeater suggests they visit St. Paul's Cathedral, which is where they meet Pigeon Pete, who assists them on their secret mission!

With multiple choice comprehension questions at the end, you can see how much your children have learnt about the amazing city of London and Marlee's adventure.
