J&H announces Quake, its first iOS arcade game to hit the App Store. The players mission is to secure a certain percentage of the court area. The player's mission is to secure a certain percentage of the court, while avoiding various enemy balls and bombs.The game is designed with a randomized level algorithm which changes the configuration of balls for each level. Plus Quake has three kinds of bonus- mini-games awaiting the player after each fifth level.

Freising, Germany - J&H announces the release of Qake, its first iOS arcade game to hit the App Store. Just as in it's role model Qix the player's mission in each level of Qake is to secure a certain percentage of the court area. Controlling the player via Swipe-gestures, the user has to steer their token around the court in order to section off partitions until they reach the level goal.

Opposing the player are different types of enemy balls and bombs. Different ball types contain e.g. "Stop'n'Go Balls", that slow-down and accelerate in random intervalls, "Wobble Balls" that are egg-shaped and move along the court in a hard to predict, wobbly manor, as well as size-changing "Grow'n'Shrink Balls" and "Satellite Balls" that are orbited by additional balls.

To keep things interesting, Qake is designed with a randomized level algorithm. While general difficulty parameters like enemy ball movement speed progress linearly, the configuration of balls is dynamically composed at runtime for each level. This ensures that every gaming session is a unique experience.

To spice things up even more, J&H integrated three different kinds of bonus- mini-games awaiting the player after each fifth level. The bonus games are designed in the style of other well-known arcade classics: Snake, Breakout and Frogger. These bonus levels not only offer additional points but award the player with additional lives if completed successfully.

Moreover, integrated Game Center support enables players to compete in global leaderboards and to earn achievements.
