MapMyMeet is specifically designed to help users avoid organizational headaches by supplying personal navigation directions to everyone that has been invited, sending updates to the entire group to keep all attendees in the loop as to where everyone is, and letting everyone know how long it will be before everyone will arrive. MapMyMeet even makes selecting a meeting venue easier, by making suggestions for venues, based on the needs of the group, and the location. The app can suggest a venue by accessing its built-in database of nearby Amusement Parks, Bars, Cafes, Night Clubs, Restaurants and Shopping Malls. Simply select the type of meeting places you would like to view, and MapMyMeet finds nearby venues that meet those particular specifications.

Once a venue is decided upon, it's a simple matter to create an invitation to send out to invitees. Users select whom to invite by simply tapping and selecting the names of friends and business associates drawn directly from the Contacts already on their device. Just create a name for the event, assign a photo to it from the photo library or by taking a photo, select a date, time and location, decide whether or not to offer a reminder, and whether or not to allow group chat, and with the press of a button, immediately send a meeting invite to everyone. Invitees don't even need to have MapMyMeet installed on their device, they can receive an invitation via SMS, which includes a handy link to install the iOS and Android versions of the MapMyMeet app, so they can gain the benefits of the app's capabilities.
