Paris based Wecapser has announced Wecapser 1.0, its mobile social networking app for iOS devices. Using Augmented Reality (AR), Wecapser allows users to create and share multimedia content via virtual geolocated containers called caps. Caps are geotagged virtualized containers visible in 3D through the smartphone screen using Augmented Reality. Caps are anchored to a specific location helping Wecapser to concentrate all the memory on the place where the caps have been created.

What is augmented reality?
Augmented Reality is a technology that blends, in real time, real-life images or videos streams and digital media, such as 3D objects, sounds, videos.
