Sydney, Australia - Sockii Pty Ltd. today is proud to announce the release of Capture 365 Journal 3.0, a major milestone to their popular journalling app. Capture 365 Journal is the very first of its type - as an iOS journalling application - to encourage and adequately handle multiple attachments of the most commonly used and found form of media types - photos and videos - to each journal. Each journal entry automatically records the weather and location information for the convenience of the user. Capture 365 Journal 3.0 has vastly improved the capability of providing a wider range of sync options via cloud or local to make it easier for memories to be readily available on all iOS and Mac devices.
Capture 365 Journal 3.0 provides users with various sync options such as iCloud, Dropbox and, is currently the only application to enable a direct and local sync option that does not utilise any cloud services - called 365 Direct Sync. What is 365 Direct Sync? It has been developed for Capture 365 Journal to allow users to sync locally (a very popular and widely requested feature by users) that allow families or individuals to create and sync journals to multiple devices (iOS/Mac) without the need to share a cloud service account. The perks of the direct sync is that it enables users to keep their data private - in their own hands and not on someone else's server.
A brand new feature included is automated feeds importing. It allows social media posts and calendar events to be imported directly into the journal automatically. Social media sites such as Twitter, Instagram and Flickr are supported with more to come soon. Also included is a native Apple WatchOS 2 app built for easy journal creation on the go. With dictation and a handy check-in feature, entries can now be created more quickly and without the need to have your iPhone with you.
There are plenty of configuration options, so the application can be fully customised to the user. User themes are supported, so the application the can adjusted to the user's liking. Font style and sizes are customisable as well. There are plenty of backup options such as automatic backups, manual backups and backups to iCloud Drive. Passcode and Touch ID is supported to keep things private and secure.
