Desktop Bible 2.0 includes following features:
* Now users have option to browse verses in a separate section which are marked with color. This is exactly as same as one would browse Favorite verses in the app. They put a color wheel on the top left corner of the Search/Journal section. Users need to click on it to browse verses that are marked with color.
* Presentation Mode may not come as useful to everyone as it would come to a specific group of users. It allows to show verses from a specific chapter to a secondary monitor or a projector screen with big texts. This feature will come handy to people who want to use Desktop Bible as a reference while quoting from it or something like that.
* Speak Mode lets Desktop Bible read out bible verses.
* Daily Verse is a small integration on top of the app. Users will get inspirational Bible quotes on a small pop up window everyday. These quotes are categorized into Daily, Wisdom and Memorize. It will help users to get motivated and start off the day with good spirit. One can also add Daily Verse into Notification Center as an Extension.

Along with all these developments, Desktop Bible includes a couple of bug fixes. No new Bible Translation were added in this update which have been anticipated by a lot of users. The price has increased to $7.99 which is still a reasonable price to pay for a Bible App of this stature.
