Power App has announced Air PDF 2.6.0, an update to their popular file manager for iOS devices. Air PDF converts common files to PDF, offers various sharing & saving options and comes with a full fledged file manager. Files can either be opened from the internal memory or opened from online sources, including clouds. PDF Files internally on the device, as well as shared via WiFi. Version 2.6.0 addresses a few stability issues with iOS 8 and introduces compatibility with additional file types.

Pfaeffikon, Switzerland - Power App GmbH has announced the release of Air PDF 2.6.0, a maintenance update to their popular file manager for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices. Air PDF converts common files to PDF, offers various sharing and saving options and comes with a full fledged file manager. Files can either be opened from the internal memory or opened from online sources, including clouds. PDF Files internally on the device, as well as shared via WiFi. The new update addresses a few stability issues with iOS 8 and introduces compatibility with additional file types.

"Christian Schaffner explains that "it took us some work to address the reasons for instability that were showing up after the latest few IOS-updates, but we were finally able to nail it down and make Air PDF much more stable. At the same time we wanted to extend the functionality of this app. Seeing the growing popularity of EPUB we found it appropriate to add this as well as compressed formats like 7z or .tar. All of these should add to the performance and usability of Air PDF and make it an even better file manager."
