UK based developer, Velvet Rock Apps has announced Wordola 1.0 for iPhone, their brand new word game that uses colourful artwork and addictive gameplay to keep the player coming back for more. Wordola is simple to play, fun, challenging and addictive. Stop the falling cubes from reaching the top, it's that easy. Or is it? Reading, United Kingdom - Velvet Rock Apps has announced Wordola 1.0 for iPhone, their brand new word game that uses colourful artwork and addictive gameplay to keep the player coming back for more. Wordola is simple to play, fun, challenging and addictive. Stop the falling cubes from reaching the top, it's that easy....or is it? With 20 levels to beat and 2 worlds to play (Havana Heat & Jungle Nights) Wordola will keep players entertained and their minds alert.

The main game screen is dominated by a particular scene (Havana Heat or Jungle Nights), cubes fall from the top of the screen and inside each cube a single letter resides. The top of the screen shows the score, the level currently being played and a timer. Simply tapping on a a cube removes it from the main gameplay area and adds it to the bottom ribbon. The ribbon shows the player exactly what letters they have tapped which should eventually make up a word. Once happy with a word, a single upward swipe anywhere on the screen will add points to the score, presuming the word is correctly spelt and is real! A single swipe downwards will reject any letters the player has on the ribbon, this in turn will lose them points.

At the beginning of every level the player will be presented with objectives and it's up-to them to meet those objectives to complete the level. As the cubes fall from the top of the screen they rest at the bottom, the player needs to ensure they beat the level before any of the letters reach the top of the screen. As the game progresses, the objectives become harder and the cubes fall faster, more colours are also added making it more difficult for the brain to discern words from the letters!

Each level must be unlocked in sequence and completing level 10 of Havana Heat will unlock a new world, Jungle Nights. New levels will be released via updates to the game.
