Each week users can test their skills in themed selfie challenges by uploading up to two selfies. After the challenge is closed, all app users can immediately view the results and selfie ratings.

Selfiest is also the first photo app that shows user rankings based on their all-time activity. Rankings depend on the number of followers, likes received, and selfies posted.
