PopChar X 6.5 comes with a new custom insertion technique, which leads to faster character insertion for many applications. Among the improvements is also a work-around for a problem on Mavericks that caused the search field to be cleared while entering a search text. The new version furthermore solves a problem on non-English systems, where PopChar did not remember the previously selected layout.
