Armed with a rocket powered metal fist, Zez must rise his way to victory in the robot arena. Line up the same colored robots, smash them and rise as high as you can until the time runs out. The update builds on the success of the launch version, adding new content and many new features. Version 2.0 also marks the switch from freemium to premium model.

JaVu, a new location-aware social network, harnesses the power of geofencing, enabling the user to see social media posts related to what's happening nearby. The posts can be collated from social media sites such as Instagram and Twitter and posted by friends, locals, tourists and businesses. JaVu has a multitude of uses and features to keep the user informed:
* Browse all posts closest to you so you can discover the area around you (useful if in a new city or area when travelling).
* It will automatically alert the user upon arrival at the same location where a friend has previously posted.
* The user can subscribe to any tags to get notifications from related nearby posts (it will alert when something is free nearby if the user has subscribed to the #free tag).
* View all posts from Instagram and Twitter created closest to your current location (to see what others have done / are doing in that location).
* Browse all the businesses around you and see all posts from Instagram and Twitter created at that business (useful for reviews, special offers, events).
Developer, David Richard, began tinkering with the idea of JaVu nearly 2 years ago. "I have been constructing the idea in my head for two years, even before I started programming. When Apple released their Reminders app, I wondered how they accomplished reminding people based on their location. That's when I discovered geofencing. I thought it would be incredible for your phone to automatically alert you of location-based social media," David says.
JaVu works by users creating a geofence around their current location. Their followers receive image or text notifications when they enter the geofence. JaVu is capable of finding out connections with a high degree of accuracy while still being battery-safe by using a combination of Wi-Fi positioning, cell tower triangulation, and GPS.
JaVu has endless possibilities for its potential use: finding restaurant reviews, promotion of entertainment events, product listing for a business, augmented reality, location based games, event implementation, real estate, and an incredible upcoming feature for restaurants.

Not all homeless people are addicts, or mentally insane. In fact there's a large community of homeless people just down on their luck. The solution for them is not so simple as "Go get a job", when the public won't even look them in the eye. But this is Silicon Valley, where one day you could be sleeping in your car, and the next day you're a millionaire. Simon Brooks, a British expat in Silicon Valley, is one of those people living in his car, only he has two dogs with him.
Silicon Valley, California - He's been in his car for three months now. His background includes mostly sales and marketing, with some small business ownership too. He has a big passion for word games. Due to this passion, over the years it's possible you've played him as a random opponent in Words With Friends. Currently, Simon has one educational word game on the App Store called Gadzookery, which builds vocabulary and boosts creative writing skills.
Being down on his luck, he's turned to Kickstarter to help fund his second word game, 'Zook Words', which is a reinvention of Scrabble, much like Words with Friends. Zook Words adds more levels of strategy, and limits the usefulness of those much hated cheat packs associated with Words with Friends. At its peak, Word with Friends had 80 million daily average users. Today it's around 20 million. The game didn't suddenly get old, as Scrabble has been around for over 100 years. What changed is users got tired of playing people who were very obviously cheating.
With a successful Kickstarter campaign, not only will his second game get built, but it'll get built by an experienced team willing to work with him for a small stipend. To ensure the team stays committed to building the game, Brooks plans to take them to the Mojave Desert for two weeks, so there's no escaping (he-he). The Kickstarter will not be funding him to get out of homelessness. All of the money raised is going into development. His plan is for the game to earn revenue so he can pay himself a wage to get out of being homeless.
Brooks is just one of many homeless people fighting to change their lives. When you can physically see the steps a homeless person is taking to help themselves, and in the process help fund a product that you would use yourself, it will make your generosity feel like a genuine good dead.

Once upon a time, in a village far, far away lived a chicken. He was a shy, skinny chicken, with poor eyes and big glasses. The chicken was always back at farm on time and always listened to his momma! He only had one friend in the whole wide world: Jerkey Turkey, and no matter how many pranks Jerkey Turkey made on him, the chicken did not get upset, because he did not want to lose his only friend.
All went well until one fateful day, when Jerky Turkey decided he had to eat Chicken's school lunch, leaving him to starve for the rest of the day! Since it was summer outside, the Chicken didn't worry, he knew he had plenty of fruit on the ground to eat. He soon found a whole pile of cherries under the cherry tree. What he did not know, was that the farmer had gathered the cherries and left them under the tree to ferment.
The cherries were like nothing he ever tasted and a strange feeling came over him, as he gulped down the sweet fruits! At first, it was a like a warmth growing on him and a tingling sensation around his knees. Then he realized his thoughts were running faster and faster and he felt smarter and bolder! The neighbor's dog didn't seem so fierce all of a sudden and he felt a sudden urge to high-dive in the pond, although he had always been a bit afraid of heights.
That day, our character became Drunken Chicken. What followed was a series of events that changed his life! One unfortunate Monday, Drunken Chicken walked into a bar. Discover what happened there and help poor Chicken find his way home! He lives far away and he really needs help to keep him from falling down and colliding with the obstacles in his way, while keeping his "energy" up. Drunken Chicken is a 2D, fun filled endless game. The more obstacles you pass, more points and XPs you earn.

London, England - In its recent survey of over 1,300 small business owners and freelancers, OfficeTime found that 71% say they track time because it provides better invoicing, while 48% says it helps them be more productive.

The app makes bible study a joy by bringing the user the New Testament scripture in game form. The fun and challenging game for any age helps people easily integrate memory, meditation, and logical thought on the Word into their everyday life, without having to carry a bible around at all times.
"The inspiration for the app came from mixing elements from the popular board game Scrabble, a love of numbers and an idea to learn the Bible," said Scarff. "There is a tremendous need for the gospel to be spread in new and exciting ways, and the ZOE app is just the beginning." Scarff's Jesus Love Movement will use funds from ZOE as part of a mission to help children, and also to leverage mainstream media to spread the word through Christian-based movies.
Challenging your scripture knowledge in a different way, in a community of fellow Bible lovers and studiers who are doing the same thing, ZOE creates a friendly competition and way to play with established friends and find new ones with the same goals at heart.
Players can pick any book from the New Testament and select seven numbers off of their rack. The numbers will form verses from that book and the players are quizzed on their knowledge of the verse. If the user has chosen the book of John, and they play "3:16" then they will need to pick the correct choice from three scriptures that they are presented with. A correct choice will win them points, and if not they lose them. A simple concept, blended with Scrabble like play, that can be played alone or with someone who also has the app.
The points system is based on adding the value of the Chapter with the Verse number. So John 3:16 would be worth a total of 3 16, or 19 points. There is a bonus 100 points for playing all seven numbers on your tile rack at once and getting each verse correct. The game is won when one player uses all 40 of their 40 tiles first.
There are bonus squares, as with Scrabble, that add points to moves. Playing combinations and more verses is played correctly, collect more points. "I know how enduring it can be to sit there and study the bible, all day, every day. People are always looking for creative ways to make their bible study a joy every single time," said creator Scarff of conceptualizing ZOE.
Building a community of Bible lovers and learners from all over the world is also one of the objectives of the app. Containing a chat function, the exciting and educational game offers the ability to find a random player to play against, and a search function to find established friends to have a friendly competition with. ZOE creates a friendly competition and way to play with established friends and find new ones with the same goals at heart. The app makes bible study a joy by bringing the user the New Testament scripture in game form. The fun and challenging game for any age helps people easily integrate memory, meditation, and logical thought on the Word into their everyday life.
Cranbourne, Austrailia - ZOE Bible Skills business developer Jimmy Scarff announced today that the free ZOE NT LITE app has been launched for iPhone. The app makes bible study a joy by bringing the user the New Testament scripture in game form. The fun and challenging game for any age helps people easily integrate memory, meditation, and logical thought on the Word into their everyday life, without having to carry a bible around at all times.
"The inspiration for the app came from mixing elements from the popular board game Scrabble, a love of numbers and an idea to learn the Bible," said Scarff. "There is a tremendous need for the gospel to be spread in new and exciting ways, and the ZOE app is just the beginning." Scarff's Jesus Love Movement will use funds from ZOE as part of a mission to help children, and also to leverage mainstream media to spread the word through Christian-based movies.
Challenging your scripture knowledge in a different way, in a community of fellow Bible lovers and studiers who are doing the same thing, ZOE creates a friendly competition and way to play with established friends and find new ones with the same goals at heart.
Players can pick any book from the New Testament and select seven numbers off of their rack. The numbers will form verses from that book and the players are quizzed on their knowledge of the verse. If the user has chosen the book of John, and they play "3:16" then they will need to pick the correct choice from three scriptures that they are presented with. A correct choice will win them points, and if not they lose them. A simple concept, blended with Scrabble like play, that can be played alone or with someone who also has the app.
The points system is based on adding the value of the Chapter with the Verse number. So John 3:16 would be worth a total of 3 16, or 19 points. There is a bonus 100 points for playing all seven numbers on your tile rack at once and getting each verse correct. The game is won when one player uses all 40 of their 40 tiles first.
There are bonus squares, as with Scrabble, that add points to moves. Playing combinations and more verses is played correctly, collect more points. "I know how enduring it can be to sit there and study the bible, all day, every day. People are always looking for creative ways to make their bible study a joy every single time," said creator Scarff of conceptualizing ZOE.
Building a community of Bible lovers and learners from all over the world is also one of the objectives of the app. Containing a chat function, the exciting and educational game offers the ability to find a random player to play against, and a search function to find established friends to have a friendly competition with. The app can also be linked to social media outlets on Twitter and Facebook to showcase your Bible knowledge and encourage friends to join and play as well. The latest release, ZOE NT LITE, includes a colorful, easy to use display of the game.
