KeyPad was originally released for iOS 2 in 2008. After over 25,000 downloads and rave reviews, it was discontinued with the release of iOS 7 for technical reasons. The app has now been entirely rewritten for iOS 8+ using Apple�s new Swift language and adopting the latest iOS technologies.
Renamed Custom Remote KeyPad, the new release allows the user to design elaborate and beautiful custom control panels and use them to control a Mac wirelessly. Leveraging Apple�s new Peer-to-Peer network technology, it uses WiFi and Bluetooth to seamlessly connect an iOS device to the Mac. Custom control panels then send keystroke shortcuts, text, and custom instructions to the Mac. For example, you can dial on the iPad to change brush size in Photoshop; or swipe on an iPhone to rotate a 3D model in Cinema 4D; single taps can issue any menu command in any app, or enter entire paragraphs of text, or run custom Automator scripts. The new KeyPad app sells for $0.99 and is now available for download for iOS 8+. Perkee was developed specifically for its wide range of users - whether young, old, technologically challenged, or disabled. What started off as a small Swift training project, when iOS 8 came out in September 2014, evolved into a full-scale application that highlights the realm of possibilities in the world of custom keyboard creators.
To help spark some creativity, the app is currently equipped with thirteen keyboards, six themes, and seven backgrounds which are pre-populated in the Perkee keyboard library and are available as free downloads. The library includes such keyboards as Xylophone, for the musically inclined, or Jungle, a playful keyboard for kids.
When creating Keyboards from scratch, users can choose between the Basic and Advanced Editor, depending on their desired degree of customization:
* The Basic Editor offers a simple way to change the background, key look, and sound collection of the keyboard. This is more or less equivalent to the level of functionality that other keyboard apps currently have. This editor is ideal for those in search of a unique keyboard, but lacking enough time to create one from scratch.
* The Advanced Editor is recommended for users who have some time to spare and would like to put their imagination to use. This is where users have complete control to alter the size, shape and location of individual keys on the keyboard and even to choose custom layouts. Aside from traditional keyboards, users are even able to create non-QWERTY keyboards, like a Morse code machine or a musical piano.
Once a keyboard has been created through either the Basic or Advanced editors, users can also share entire keyboards, or keyboard elements, through some of the most popular social networks like Facebook and twitter.

Throughout the processes, users are encouraged to enter data into their Inventory, be completely honest about themselves and take advantage of encouragement and support from others.
Interestingly, the process of completing a Moral Inventory doesn't normally directly address anyone's specific problems, habits or addictions, but rather helps the user examine in detail events that have transpired in their life. The Life Inventory apps gently assist the user in probing into not only what happened, but also why it happened. The questions asked help the user delve into areas often never considered before, like:

* Why did I want it
* What am I not admitting
* What lie did I tell myself
* What did I leave out or not say
* What lie did I tell others
* Have I ever done the same thing
* Was it any of my business
* Were my expectations reasonable
* What was the real truth

The Inventory begins by making one simple list, which defines four fixed Categories in which to file away what are broadly categorized as Incidents:
* People
* Institutions and Organizations
* Principles, Ideals and Beliefs
* Sources of Anxiety and Excitement
Each of the four Categories will contain hierarchical sub-categories. From there, users outline Entities and then individual Incidents related to each Entity.
Process-by-process, users complete the Causes and Effects of each Incident. Next, they determine the part they played in each Incident listed. It's not unusual to create hundreds of Incident forms, each devoted to a single incident. The app includes the ability to create and save all written lists and forms with password protection. Having completed all their Incident forms, users can refer to these forms to help list all their Fears. The app includes the following eight pre-defined fears, to which the user is free to add more if desired:

The sixth and final process is examining Sex Relations, where users answer all the following questions regarding each of their sexual relationships:

* Where was I inconsiderate
* Who was hurt in this situation
* Did I arouse jealousy, suspicion, or bitterness
* Where was I at fault
* What should I have done instead
* What will I do in the future
* Did I pray or have spiritual conversations with him/her

* Did we bring each other closer to God

The Inventory begins by making one simple list, which defines four fixed Categories in which to file away what are broadly categorized as Incidents:
* People
* Institutions and Organizations
* Principles, Ideals and Beliefs
* Sources of Anxiety and Excitement
Each of the four Categories will contain hierarchical sub-categories. From there, users outline Entities and then individual Incidents related to each Entity.
Process-by-process, users complete the Causes and Effects of each Incident. Next, they determine the part they played in each Incident listed. It's not unusual to create hundreds of Incident forms, each devoted to a single incident. The app includes the ability to create and save all written lists and forms with password protection. Having completed all their Incident forms, users can refer to these forms to help list all their Fears. The app includes the following eight pre-defined fears, to which the user is free to add more if desired:
* Other people's opinions
* Not getting what I want
* Not having control of the situation
* Financial insecurity
* Abandonment
* Physical harm
* Failure
* Success
The fifth process is examining each Fear category and answering the following key questions:
* Why did I have this fear
* When did I first notice this fear in my life
* How did I hold on to this fear
* What did this fear make me do
* What chain of circumstances did this fear set in motion in my life
* How did I react to this fear
* What decision did this fear cause me to make
* How did self-reliance fail me
* What should I have done instead
The sixth and final process is examining Sex Relations, where users answer all the following questions regarding each of their sexual relationships:
* How was I selfish
* Where was I dishonest
* Where was I inconsiderate
* Who was hurt in this situation
* Did I arouse jealousy, suspicion, or bitterness
* Where was I at fault
* What should I have done instead
* What will I do in the future
* Did I pray or have spiritual conversations with him/her
* Did I pray for him/her
* Did I enjoy his/her company
* Did we bring each other closer to God
After completing all the processes, the Life Inventory app then provides a convenient way for the user to share their Moral Inventory with their sponsor (Step 5 of the 12 Steps).

This update retains the original app's simple interface while taking advantage of new device capabilities to make the studying experience more effective. Students are now able to share their review slides with nearby peers using Airdrop. In addition, the new iCloud Drive support makes slides available on multiple devices. Special Geometry Stash options available in Guided Access can help teachers keep students on track and focused on review.
Now, the app can be used for so much more than just geometry. Users can make and share review slides for any subject! Custom slides are structured in JSON, a lightweight data interchange format. Detailed reference and examples for slide creation is available online. Easy to learn and clean to read, students can create slides to supplement their review sessions and increase knowledge retention. Singapore - Mezmedia is proud to announce Bamba Clock 1.0.0, the eleventh in the Bamba series of educational apps for kids. Aimed at kids four and older, Bamba Clock teaches children how to read an analog clock through pirate-themed adventure stories.
Kids learn to tell the time step-by-step, they start with the hour hand, then the minute hand and then finally both hands. Completing each clock challenge advances the story. In one such challenge, players unlock Captain Birdbeard's treasure chest by moving the hands of the clock to the correct time. Whenever the clock hands are moved, the time is told (narrated in English) so kids will learn what the minute and hour hands do. The goal is for kids to learn how to read the clock through fun and interactive play.
There are four adventures to choose from - players chase Captain Birdbeard across the Seven Seas, take part in a sea race through treacherous thunderstorms, hunt for hidden treasures on Mystery Island and finally test their mettle with the Clock Quiz.
At the start of every story, kids choose a companion character to join them on their adventures. Kids who are fans of the Bamba series will be familiar with these characters, such as Unidonk the Unicorn/Donkey or Ellie-Anne the Zombie Girl.
After completing each quest, kids will be rewarded with a surprise trophy. They can view all their rewards in the treasure room on board the pirate ship.
"Developing an app for kids to learn how to tell the time was very challenging. All those numbers can get really dull. I think that's why there aren't many good apps out in the market that can do this while retaining that fun factor. I like to think we've solved that problem with Bamba Clock."

The addition of a printable communication book and an interactive visual timetable with task prompting feature, means that the app is now a 24/7 communication tool, catering to the full range of communication tasks for people who use the app. In addition, the editing feature has been tailored to be smarter, quicker and easier - making it a must have app for people with communication difficulties.
London, United Kingdom - Therapy Box today is pleased to announce the release of Scene & Heard 3.0, a major update to their award winning scene-based Alternative and Augmentative Communication aid. The latest release features a brand new look, as well as a range of new and rather innovative features.
Scene & Heard allows you to create visual scenes for context based communication or create new learning aids with interactive features. Whether you are a parent, therapist or carer, the easy-to-use interface will help you import photos and allocate actions to any scene. Personalise each scene with fun and interactive options including audio messages, video clips and Widgit symbols. Use scene links to transition to a new scene and tell a story within the app.
This latest release builds on the success of the app with the inclusion of new features. The app now lets you create custom communication books to share and print. With easy to use tabs and all the features of a real book, this feature makes Scene & Heard a truly universal communication aid. High tech and low tech AAC - all in one!
In the latest update to the app, Therapy Box have also introduced an all-new task prompting feature, so you can now create pages giving clear step by step instructions for any task. You can use video clips or audio to explain each step, and once complete, the app will move onto the next hotspot. A step-timer has also been built in for actions (such as brushing teeth) that need to be undertaken for a set length of time.
Finally, you now have the option of schedule a task using the new visual schedule display. Set a page to appear at a given time, and the app will not only provide a notification when the scene is due to appear: it will also put it into a smart, easy to read calendar, so that you know what's happening and when.
