Output Factory solves the problem of time consuming manual production from InDesign through automation of printing, exporting, preflighting and other repetitive tasks. The app offers batch processing, layer versioning, custom scripts and much more. The new version addresses an InDesign bug that resulted in exporting of wrong documents during invisible output workflows.

Toronto (ON), Canada - Zevrix Solutions today announces the release of Output Factory 2.4.28, a feature update to company's output automation solution for Adobe InDesign. Output Factory solves the problem of time consuming manual output production from InDesign through automation of printing, exporting, preflighting and other repetitive tasks. The software empowers users to replace inefficient, boring and tedious operations with one-click processing, which eliminates significant monetary and time losses that companies incur every month.

The new version addresses a bug in recent versions of InDesign in which invisible documents could remain open after processing. Output Factory utilizes invisible output to dramatically streamline and speed up exporting of large file batches. The new update ensures that InDesign always exports the expected document in the batch regardless of the remaining invisible windows. In addition, the new version improves memory management and fixes some minor licensing issues.

"Output Factory has been the single biggest time-saver I've encountered in ten years of print production," says Mike Agate, Head of Production of Which?, Europe's largest consumer rights organization. "Easily saves hours a week, producing bullet-proof documents over and over... With the reduction in head count and efficiency savings, it must have paid for itself 500 times over."

Output Factory supports all major output formats and offers the following key features:
* Output multiple InDesign files with a single click
* Choose between print, PDF, PostScript, EPS, TIFF, HTML and other formats
* Layer versioning
* Export as single pages
* Output to several formats at once
* Variable output file names
* Automatic preflight
* Send output files to FTP and other servers

Pricing and Availability:
Output Factory can be purchased from Zevrix website for $170 USD (Lite version $120), as well as from authorized resellers and Adobe Exchange. Trial is also available for download. The update is free for the users of Output Factory 2.x, and $85 to upgrade from Output Factory 1.x and BatchOutput. Output Factory requires macOS 10.8-10.15 and Adobe InDesign CS5-2020.
