Sacramento, California - Created by developer Mobilaga, the iPhone app Dude, Your Car has received update 2.3, which adds a variety of new features to the already robust photo editing prank app. Developer Mobilaga's app encourages pranksters to take pictures of their friends' and family's cars and edit them using powerful yet easy-to-use photo editing tools. Now update 2.3 introduces even more options for mischief-lovers.
"We're always listening to what our fans request, and we heard them loud and clear on this one: they wanted to be able to edit in police and police-related images," says app developer and Mobilaga founder Alex Attarian. "We can't wait to see what our users will be able to do with these new options."
The Dude, Your Car app is as simple-to-use as it is convincing. Users upload photos of cars and then can quickly and easily edit in calamities and accidents across six existing categories: scratches, broken glass, dents, tire boot/clamp, fires and custom. After editing and uploading the image, users can share the photo on Facebook or send the photo directly to their friends and family. With police imagery added into the app, users now have even more tools to convince their friends that something horrible has happened to their vehicle.
In addition to the recent update, developer Mobilaga also announces a special contest for its users and fans. Users that follow Mobilaga's Twitter account and upload photos that include the hashtag #DudeYourCar will be eligible to win a $25 iTunes(R) gift card. Winners will be announced April 1.

Prescott, Arizona - Empoc, LLC has announced the release of Loopy Bird, a brand new game on iOS, universally compatible with all iDevices. It was then that he decided that now is the perfect time to release a clone of Flappy Bird but not just any clone. This would be an exact duplicate of Flappy Bird and so the journey began. Just 3 days later Loopy Bird came into existence and was submitted to the iTunes App Store. Eagerly awaiting its approval Chris started a FaceBook fan page which now has over 5000 likes.
It was February 27th and Chris had just received a notification from Apple that Loopy Bird has been approved and is now processing for sale on the App Store. Everyone immediately loved Loopy Bird but they wanted more. Chris decided that this shouldn't just be a clone of Flappy Bird anymore. Loopy Bird would become its own game and cease to live as a shadow of a former game title.
Loopy Bird is now so much more then just another tappy, flappy game. Loopy Bird has more backgrounds and birds to choose from. The game play has improved 100% and has given customers an actual goal to reach. KILLSTORM promises retro gameplay, camera angle and action but with modern controls and visuals.
London, United Kingdom - Former Sony Computer Entertainment London and Criterion employees, Richard Bunn and David Green, have launched a Kickstarter campaign to bring their new military action title KILLSTORM to PC/Mac and mobile gaming devices. The video game sees players take the seat of a lethally-armed, highly agile attack helicopter to strike against enemies in a reimagining of a 16-bit classic.
An updated title for a new era of gaming, KILLSTORM features retro gameplay, camera angle and action but with modern controls and visuals. Using just one finger players will fly a gunship around a battlefield and out-maneuver enemies. Missions will be many and varied with time of day changes and multiple environments allowing for desert, forest and ocean strike targets.
KILLSTORM is being developed by British developers Nice Touch Games. The company was started by veteran AAA developers, Richard Bunn and David Green, who have worked on titles like Black, Burnout and 8 Days at some of the biggest companies in the industry including EA, Criterion and Sony Computer Entertainment London. As a team they have developed several indie games, been awarded prestigious accolades and interviewed for magazines such as DEVELOP.
The team chose Kickstarter because they want to build and engage a community of fans that will help shape KILLSTORM. Knowing how passionate many gamers are about retro titles, opening up the development process is an important factor in creating a high caliber video game that people want to play.

Beaverton, Oregon - Today, Red Giant has announced PluralEyes 3.5, an update to its Shooter Suite's automated audio/video sync tool. One of the editing industry's most popular tools, PluralEyes literally saves hours or even days of audio/video syncing work by analyzing the audio from all devices and automatically syncing them up with the touch of a button.
"PluralEyes has revolutionized the way people work on and off set," said Bruce Sharpe, who originally created the app for his own projects. "On set, it frees shooters from having to use clapboards or timecode, making shoots faster and easier to set up. At the same time, editors don't have to pay for that freedom later. PluralEyes removes the time-consuming process of manual syncing that slows editors down, right before post-production. That lets them get projects done more quickly."
