The latest version of Macgo Mac Blu-ray Player 2.10.7 mainly solved the unsmooth playback problem aiming at hundreds of the newest discs.
Hong Kong, Hong Kong - In a twinkling of an eye September is here, which means it's the famous Back-to-School season again. At this very special moment, Macgo has launched a big sale promotion for all the students to celebrate their new school year. Macgo Back-to-School Promotion 2014, which is in accordance with Apple's latest promotion, offers a brand new version of Macgo Mac Blu-ray Player this week, as well as a 33% discount to Blu-ray fans.
The most recently updated version of Macgo Mac Blu-ray Player mainly solved the unsmooth playback problem aiming at hundreds of the newest discs, such as Lincoln, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Rio 2, Rocky, Predator 3D, and more. According to the feedback, a Mac Blu-ray Player user reflected that his computer would freeze when he played the Blu-ray disc made by Apple Compressor - <The Grand Budapest Hotel>. Then at the request of the product department he sent a few snapshots and the information about his computer system, as well as a log file. Pretty soon after the feedback, Macgo found the solution and wote back to this user immediately.
There are altogether three results of the unsmooth playback problem as follows:
* Firstly, the computer or mobile device shows blurred screen. This may result from the low speed of IO, or the problem of the Blu-ray disc itself. Under such circumstance, the user needs to report the name of the disc and snapshots of the playback.
* Secondly, the screen freezes during the playback. This could have something to do with the disc itself. So the product department needs the name of the disc and snapshots of the playback from the user to analyze where the problem is.
* Thirdly, the playback slows down. It may be related with the hardware acceleration problem. In this situation, the user could try to turn Hardware Acceleration off. Please go to the menu at the top of the interface and tap Mac Blu-ray Player > Preferences > Video > Hardware Acceleration.
In short, whenever Macgo Mac Blu-ray Player user finds that the Blu-ray films playback is unsmooth please send our support team a screenshot of the "Device I/O speed rate" using the following steps:
1. Run Mac Blu-ray Player, and tick the "Performance Test" under the "Help" menu
2. Play the Blu-ray film and wait processing for a couple seconds
3. Then the "Performance Test" dialogue will pop up, which shows the "Device I/O speed rate"
4. Snapshot the dialogue and send it to support at the macblurayplayer website.
