Juan and his family are the focus of numerous rumors surrounding El Chacal, a small town located in the mountainous area of Salta, Argentina.
Prepare to face a different breed of killer! This fourth episode will force the player to face even more sinister terrors than those experienced in the three previous episodes. Rumors about �El Asador� point to many urban legends involving cannibalism, black magic, sects and all kinds of superstitions. Be ready to enter the most twisted of criminal minds! The development team is more committed than ever to make Doorways Holy Mountains of Flesh the best episode to date.
�Holy Mountains of Flesh� features gameplay mechanics in the vein of the first three episodes � first-person horror exploration and puzzles. The Story takes the player along claustrophobic and gloomy scenarios, which also include rewards and secrets to any player who dares to explore them. Featuring the voice of Sam A. Mowry (Alexander in Amnesia the Dark Descent) as Thomas Foster, the new episode is being developed in Unity 5 to make use of PBR technology (physically-based rendering) which allows the creation of realistic and detailed environments.

New York based RoGame Software has announced the release of Quincy for Mac OS, a most unique music composition tool. Quincy's modular approach to interpretation of cellular automata renders Life worlds in styles ranging from Balinese Gamelan music to that of Stockhausen. Auto-generated interactive music that sounds authentic and goes far beyond the mere triggering of note events or squeaky sine waves. Compositions in Quincy are visually and musically spellbinding and wonderfully strange.
Rochester, New York - Following in the footsteps of its successful counterpart for iOS, Quincy for Mac OS features the same editing and playback capabilities plus seamless MIDI integration into sequencers and DAWs alike. Quincy is a tool for the creation of image-based, interactive, live music. Compositions can be looped and react to mouse input during play. Quincy's core engine is a full implementation of Conway's Game of Life, capable of generating all possible Life variants including HighLife and Seeds. It comes with a Life editor, a large library of patterns, color mixer, features an adjustable grid size, random cell insertion and many display options. Editing tools go beyond pen and pattern stamp and also include options like copy, paste and rotate.
One of the design decisions made early on in development was to implement sound generators in a modular approach. This ensures extensibility for future versions, but also has a more immediate effect. Each module has a distinct flavor while at the same time delivering an infinite number of variations. That allows the composer to chose a general color or direction to begin with and then work their way down from the top with scale choices, tonality, rhythm or voice considerations and more.
Quincy ships with three sound modules (Chroma, Gregorian and Pentrix) with more to come. Each module uses its own algorithm to create sound but also defines meter, key and a base scale as tone material. The Chroma module is geared towards atonal music with several symmetric and chromatic scales. The Gregorian module employs church modes and the Pentrix module offers 27 types of pentatonic scales. A large selection of sample documents is included to demonstrate each of these module's individual flavors and capabilities.
With an extended General MIDI sound library of over 200 individual sounds to select from Quincy offers a lot right out of the box. In addition to that Quincy implements virtual MIDI with very low latency to allow integration into DAWs like Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Reason and many more. Other settings include local audio control and selectable MIDI channel. All documents that Quincy creates are freely interchangeable with the iOS versions Quincy and Quincy Lite which are available on the iPhone App Store for a modest fee.

Just press the button next to the function that you want to estimate, answer a few questions and the quantities and cost totals are displayed. It's that easy.

Construction Estimator is an easy-to-use estimating program to help a contractor or home owner estimate materials and cost of a project. The main menu of construction Estimator shows 13 functions to choose from.
Construction Estimator does not have a set beginning point, you can start with any function. Each function has inputs that relate to the area to be calculated. After inputting the measurements press the calculate button. This will calculate and display the cost and the materials. These totals are then displayed in the Totals form. The Totals form is where you can also save and load your estimates. After completing a function you can exit the form and return to the Main Menu to estimate other areas of construction.

Just press the button next to the function that you want to estimate, answer a few questions and the quantities and cost totals are displayed. It's that easy.
Cromberg, California - MICOM Software has announced the release of Construction Estimator 1.1 for Mac OS X. Construction Estimator is an easy-to-use estimating program to help a contractor or home owner estimate materials and cost of a project. The main menu of construction Estimator shows 13 functions to choose from.
Construction Estimator does not have a set beginning point, you can start with any function. Each function has inputs that relate to the area to be calculated. After inputting the measurements press the calculate button. This will calculate and display the cost and the materials. These totals are then displayed in the Totals form. The Totals form is where you can also save and load your estimates. After completing a function you can exit the form and return to the Main Menu to estimate other areas of construction.
Accuracy:
Of course, the degree of your estimates accuracy depends on a number of factors. A small project, such as an addition, will likely produce a very close estimate. A bigger project, such as an entire home, may incur unexpected costs (such as more joists for support) and unforeseen difficulties (such as hard soil or bad weather). Careful input, along with experience that gives foresight, will yield a more accurate estimate.

Melbourne, Australia - Ever had a business idea and thought that could be a success, but not known where to start. This was exactly the feeling for Ag Lacey before she embarked on developing a large scale social App, DoubleBud. She had an idea for an App but this was coupled with zero technical knowledge, no funding to speak of and being a busy mum to young kids.
Ag says "I felt I just couldn't let the idea go and be left wondering what if...."
The road was longer than expected and didn't come without its setbacks. Expectation at the beginning had to be adjusted and a minimum viable product had to be established after reaching dead ends and costs rising. "Thankfully my husband helped out and with a technically talented developer I was able to see my idea start to take shape. I never thought there could be so much involved with building an app, that's probably a good thing, otherwise I may have not gone down that road"
With so many Apps out in the market, it is getting increasingly difficult to find any gaps, but the DoubleBud App appears to have found a gap in the "now and then" photo market. Human nature determines we are naturally drawn to before and after photos, regardless of topic, whether it be house renovations, weight loss success's, recreated childhood photos or superstars with or without their makeup, they are always fascinating.
