Players tap on their screen to make the frog jump from one lily pad to the next while keeping pace with the advancing screen. While it sounds simple it is anything but easy. Impossible Frog has everything that top apps before it have had. All that plus super addicting gameplay make this the game to play on the brand new iPhone 6.
Plantation, Florida - The iPhone 6 is coming out and people are asking, what will be the killer game for this new phone? One developer thinks he has the answer and it's name is Impossible Frog.
Impossible Frog from Eilean Design is a game that combines the new and old seamlessly to create a new but familiar feel. Consisting of an endless path of lily pads the player has to keep pace with a constantly advancing screen. A simple tap on the left side of the screen sends the frog forward and to the left and a tap on the right side goes forward and right. While it sounds simple it is anything but easy. "We have never seen anyone hop more than 200 lily pads," says Lane Thompson, lead developer. "This game is Hard! Flappy Bird, or piano tiles hard!"
With one million apps on the App Store it takes a lot to stand out. Eilean Design has proven they have what it takes to succeed. "Between our apps and the apps we have helped developed our company has over 3 million downloads. What's more, people love the product and constantly ask for more. More games, more levels, more updates!"

The variations are many and the only limitation is the children's creativity. On the way they get to do educational elements like sorting fruit and choosing correct colors. The tale alternates between interactive moments and games, and is presented with a narrator and subtitles.

"When we created the first children's app about Hanna & Henri we already had plans on things we wanted to include in this", says Fredrik Sjolin, one of the creators of Hanna & Henri. "We wanted the children to experience the story from Hannas perspective. For them to be able to choose clothes, to dress Hanna and to follow her day, just as you were able to do with Henri in the first app. We also wanted to include an element where the children get to use more of their creative joy. It was then we decided that this app was going to be about building a robot."
The tale alternates between interactive moments and games, and is presented with a narrator and subtitles, as well as choose to have the narrative voice active or turned off. If it is turned off, text will be displayed and children can read it as a regular book. Users can choose English and Swedish as language.
"When we decided on the graphical design for Hanna & Henri, it was important for us to avoid the general stereotypes." says Christer Degerman, the illustrator of Hanna & Henri. "We have been able to up the quality of the illustrations a bit more this time. It is really fun to illustrate when the images get more interesting and alive."

Thomas Bedenk, Creative Director at Brightside Games explains: "It all started with the idea to make a 2D platformer that brings in some aspects of our own game Zeit by allowing a single player to coop play with his own prior plays. We also wanted to create a game where different indie characters aren't just a gimmick, but come together with an integrated gameplay experience."
When Brightside Games started asking other developers to include their characters in their game the responses were overwhelmingly positive. Their developer friends encouraged the team to keep working on their dream project. Amongst the first to support Team Indie with their game characters were Rami from Vlambeer and Jasper from Ronimo Games. From then it only got easier to get other developers involved.

Background:
Thomas Bedenk, Creative Director at Brightside Games explains: "It all started with the idea to make a 2D platformer that brings in some aspects of our own game Zeit by allowing a single player to coop play with his own prior plays. We also wanted to create a game where different indie characters aren't just a gimmick, but come together with an integrated gameplay experience."
When Brightside Games started asking other developers to include their characters in their game the responses were overwhelmingly positive. Their developer friends encouraged the team to keep working on their dream project. Amongst the first to support Team Indie with their game characters were Rami from Vlambeer and Jasper from Ronimo Games. From then it only got easier to get other developers involved.

Brightside Games is an independent game development studio based in Berlin, that formed out of a student team in 2009. Performance Probe is tool that allows a user to monitor the current effective loading of their systems easily and quickly. This new version includes a new, heads up display that can perform loading measurements, dynamically graph drive and network activity, and provide quick snapshots of the systems highest CPU and memory consumers.
Reston, Virginia - Software and Computer Systems Company, LLC, (SCSC) has released a completely new version of their product, Performance Probe for the Mac OS X Operating System. Performance Probe is an operating system tool that allows users to monitor the overall effective loading of their systems while in use. In addition to the dynamic monitoring of system memory, drive space, and several virtual machine parameters that existed in the earlier versions of the product, the new version includes a heads up display window that can be hidden or kept on screen as the user sees fit. The heads up display, or HUD, can display user configurable load monitoring, provide configurable graphing of mass storage activity and network activity, and provide quick snapshots of the systems highest CPU and memory consumers.
"The original version, of Performance Probe was intended to be sort an affiliate of Activity Monitor, meaning a user could use it to see when the system was being loaded so heavily they might want to consider bringing Activity Monitor up to find out what's going on," stated Bill Wagner, the company owner. "With the new version of Performance Probe a user can take a quick look at CPU and memory usage, and if the system is being bogged down, use load monitoring and filtering as well as the active graphing associated with mass storage and network activity to help truly isolate the problem. With load monitoring and filtering, a user will be able to focus in on, and in many cases isolate the actual applications causing the problems."
"Performance Probe can be purchased as a standalone item or with one of our Scannerz hard drive testing packages. Many people think they have drive problems, purchase Scannerz, and test their drives only to find out the problem is a performance problem, not a drive problem. Although such a user now has the best drive testing product on the market at their disposal, and they should be testing their drives periodically anyway, the problem at hand hasn't been solved. Hopefully this new version of Performance Probe will help solve these problems, as well as any others that may crop up in the future."
All current users of Performance Probe, whether they obtained the product as a standalone product or in one of the Scannerz packages will be able to obtain the updated version at no cost within a few days.
