Popular Note Taking App Agenda Comes to iOS - Published on 05/23/18

Momenta B.V. today announced that Agenda is launching for iOS on Tuesday, 29th May, 2018. Agenda is a date-focused note taking app for iOS and macOS, which helps you plan and document your projects. With its unique timeline, Agenda gives you a complete picture of past, present and future, driving your projects forward. The notes in Agenda are beautifully styled, and include powerful features like tags, lists, and links. It is now available for preorder in the App Store.

Amsterdam, Netherlands - Momenta B.V. today is proud to announce the imminent release of Agenda for iOS on Tuesday, May 29th, 2018. It is currently available for preorder in the App Store. The launch follows a successful launch of Agenda for macOS in January. The macOS edition of the app has been featured on the front page of the Mac App Store ever since.

Like Agenda for macOS, the iOS edition is a date-focused note taking app for planning and documenting projects. It syncs up with Agenda for macOS via iCloud almost instantly.

Designed with serious note takers in mind, from business professionals and technical users, to students and artists, Agenda is for anyone who needs well organized and easily navigable notes to drive a project forward.

By grouping notes for each project into a timeline, it is easier to plan for the future, and refer back to past decisions. Notes can be manually ordered in the timeline, or given a date - they can even be coupled to events in the Calendar app.

Agenda features a clean and crisp minimalistic design, which puts the focus on note content. Styled text leads to consistent and attractive documents which feel as if printed on paper. The text editor is very powerful, with support for headings, lists (including checklists), tags and indentation.

Agenda's sales model is quite unique. The app itself is free, with no time limits. There are extra premium features which require an In-App Purchase to unlock. When an upgrade pack is purchased, all current features are permanently unlocked across all Macs. In addition, any features added to Agenda in the 12 months following the purchase are included, and permanently unlocked as well.

With the introduction of the iOS app, there are now two price levels. Customers can unlock premium features only on iOS devices for $9.99, or unlock features across both iOS and macOS for $24.99 (USD).

Sal Soghoian and Ray Robertson, two of the world's most prominent expert scripters, are hosting the first-ever CMD-D|Down-Home Scripting Boot Camp, an exciting three days of intensive scripting education, with hands-on exercises, and limited class size. Oct. 15-17, 2018 in the Atlanta metropolitan area, CMD-D|Down-Home Scripting Boot Camp offers an outstanding educational agenda designed for anyone new to AppleScript, or interested in scripting on macOS.

Berkeley, California - Sal Soghoian today announced the first-ever CMD-D|Down-Home Scripting Boot Camp - an expanded three days of intensive scripting education, with hands-on exercises, and limited class size to ensure personal attention.

Taught by two of the world's most prominent expert scripters, Sal Soghoian and Ray Robertson, the CMD-D|Down-Home Scripting Boot Camp will be held October 15-17, 2018 in the Atlanta metropolitan area, complete with legendary Southern Hospitality. Designed for someone new to scripting on macOS, the outstanding educational course also provides insight for any scripter who is hungry to know more.

"We've never done anything like CMD-D|Down-Home Scripting Boot Camp before," explained Sal Soghoian. "It's three immersive days of lessons and interactivity with exercises to learn, practice and execute. We're going to Ray's hometown, outside of Atlanta, in October for the mild weather, and by 'camp' we mean room service. Ray Robertson is patient, gentle, inspiring and, if I were new to automation, he's who I'd want to teach me."

"A small investment in time learning AppleScript pays massive dividends in time saved, increased productivity and more accurate results," explained Ray Robertson. "Attending this is an ROI no-brainer for any business or individual. The hybrid format is new for us and as unique as my hometown. We have multiple Smithsonian-affiliated museums and other attractions. Come early. Stay late. Enjoy the hospitality."

Taking place at the Hilton Garden Inn outside of Atlanta in Cartersville, GA, the CMD-D|Down-Home Scripting Boot Camp (pronounced "Command-D") offers an outstanding educational agenda designed for anyone new or interested in scripting on macOS. Attendees will learn the structure of the AppleScript language, how to create solutions with custom interfaces, in addition to how to manipulate text, data and images, and even explore new scripting concepts on iOS. Sample scripts for a variety of apps will be included. Registration for the CMD-D|Down-Home Scripting Boot Camp is open today.
