Duplicate Sweeper gone free on Mac App Store to celebrate macOS launch - Published on 09/23/16
To celebrate the launch of Apple's latest macOS Sierra, Wide Angle Software today announced that its duplicate file finder software, Duplicate Sweeper, is now available for free on the Mac App Store. Duplicate Sweeper makes finding and removing duplicate photos, music, documents and other files on your Mac quick and easy. Duplicate Sweeper is fully compatible with MacOS Sierra, as well as all 64-Bit Macs running OSX 10.8 or higher.

Wide Angle Software's duplicate file finder software, Duplicate Sweeper is also an essential tool in saving you space on your precious hard drive. Duplicate Sweeper makes finding, selecting and removing duplicate files on your Mac easy. It enables you to search for duplicates of all file types, such as your photos, videos, music or documents and you can select which folders to search for duplicate files in. For even more control, search preferences can be added so that only files matching your given criteria are searched. Duplicate Sweeper can ignore files that are larger than and/or smaller than given sizes. It can also ignore files with the given file extensions so that any important file types can be left out of the search.
Once Duplicate Sweeper has found all of the duplicates in the given folders, it allows you to select which files from the duplicates you wish to remove. Duplicate Sweeper has a built in document viewer so that you can check a file is not important before selecting to remove it. If you do not wish to manually select the files to remove, Duplicate Sweeper has multiple options to determine which files to remove for you.
Before removing files, Duplicate Sweeper displays a quick list of all the files that will be removed. It will also display how much space you will save by removing those files as well as a small breakdown of the media types being removed. Once you are happy to remove those files, Duplicate Sweeper can send them all to your Trash with a single click. These files can then be emptied from your Trash to delete them permanently or restored should the need arise.

Frequent free updates will be released as the series progresses, mirroring the storylines featured in the episodes as shown on Dave.

Toronto, Canada - FancyTaps, Inc. today is proud to announce the release of React 1.0, a free iMessage app for iOS 10 devices. Giving iOS users the ability to lock a message containing either a text, a photo or a video for a reaction from the message receiver.
"We wanted to break the barrier our rush life builds when we communicate," says Muhammad Hasan, founder and CEO of FancyTaps. "In fact, the moment of watching people's face reacting to something that has been communicated to them is a highly precious moment that is too good to miss. This is why we developed React, the new iMessage app that will show iOS users the reactions to their texts, photos or videos as if they were there the moment their messages arrived."
React works by locking users messages (containing either text, photo or video) and sending them, then asks the receivers to unlock. There is only one way for the receivers to unlock the message and view it, which is to let React record a video of their faces. Once reaction is recorded, react updates the original message with a great moment video combining the original message with the reaction on top of it, turning the message into a great moment video for the sender and the receiver.
React has a Revoke feature that lets users revoke any message they either sent or reacted to. Revoking wipes out the message data making it no longer available.
