The Creative Pro User Group (CPUG) Network have announced that the 15th Annual Las Vegas SuperMeet will take place on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 in the Pavilion Ballroom at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas Nevada. The SuperMeet promises to be the single largest gathering of Final Cut Pro, Adobe, Avid and DaVinci Resolve editors, gurus, digital filmmakers and content creators during the 2016 NAB Show. Earlybird tickets are on sale now.
Los Angeles, CA / Boston, MA - The Creative Pro User Group (CPUG) Network have announced that the Fifteenth Annual Las Vegas SuperMeet will take place on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 in the Pavilion Ballroom at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Doors open at 4:30PM with the "SuperMeet Digital Showcase," featuring over 25 software and hardware developers. Presentations will begin at 7:00PM and continue until 10:00PM.
Earlybird tickets are on sale online only for the price of $10.00 each plus ticket fee (Early Bird price ends March 18, 2016) and $7.00 for students and Teachers with valid student ID. The Las Vegas SuperMeet promises to be the single largest gathering of Final Cut Pro, Adobe, Avid and DaVinci Resolve editors, gurus, digital filmmakers and content creators during the 2016 NAB Show. It is expected this SuperMeet will sell out as historically every Las Vegas SuperMeet sells out.
The SuperMeet agenda has not been announced and will not until shortly before the event, but will feature user driven presentations from Blackmagic Design, Adobe, HP/NVIDIA, Other World Computing and much, much more. Rounding out the evening will be the always wild and crazy "World Famous Raffle" where tens of thousands worth of valuable prizes will be handed out to dozens of lucky winners.

Here's how the game works: users are presented with a game board featuring various icons, including pizza slices (there are different kinds), hamburgers, french fries, and other tasty treats. The goal is to match similar icons horizontally or vertically, so that they disappear and in some cases, trigger power-ups. Users who achieve a target score without exceeding the number of allowable moves advance to the next level. If they fail, then can keep playing if they have any lives remaining (they start out with 5). If all of their lives get used up, users must wait for them to replenish.
The icon clearing breakdown is as follows:
* Match 3 icons = clear them from the board
* Match 4 icons = clear them from the board, and trigger a power-up that clears a full row
* Match 5 icons (single row) = clear them from the board, and trigger a power-up that clears all icons of that type
* Match 5 icons (L or T-shape) = clear them from the board, plus trigger an exploding power-up
In addition, power-ups can be combined by swiping them together, which unleashes additional special bonuses. There are also 4 cool "boosts" that users can take advantage of if they're stuck or need some help:
* A knife, to get 5 extra moves
* A finger, which swaps the position of any two icons on the board
* A salad, which changes the color of an icon
* A bottle of soda, which removes any single icon
The boosts cannot be added while actively playing a game. They must be added before a game starts, and randomly appear somewhere on the board. As noted, once users clear enough icons and achieve a target score, they move to the next level and face a slightly more difficult challenge.
"In total, there are 100 levels, which means that users don't have to worry about getting bored - because no matter how good they get at matching pizzas and other icons, there's always another challenging test ahead," commented Heidi Morsi of Apps Genie Limited.

In Haypi Adventure: Kingdom of Glory players can unite in Alliances. Now in version 1.6.0 Alliances can build a Hoard! Players can spend Alliance funds to produce gold from the Hoard. So members can give individual contributions to receive Gold! But players must beware, cause it is possible to plunder gold from enemy Hoards! They can be hit by other Alliances!
The new update Haypi Adventure: Kingdom of Glory 1.6.0 also brings some great news to the most powerful ship lords in the game. Now, they advance further and level up to Player Level 49. Of course, new challenging tasks are added for such top leveled players. It is exciting to have the upper hand! In addition, players can continue to develop and upgrade their buildings and technology up to Level 12! The Magic Crystals can also get further upgraded. In the new version, highest level of upgrading Crystals is Level 16. These top ranked Crystals have new special effects!

In Haypi Adventure: Kingdom of Glory players can unite in Alliances. Now in version 1.6.0 Alliances can build a Hoard! Players can spend Alliance funds to produce gold from the Hoard. So members can give individual contributions to receive Gold! But players must beware, cause it is possible to plunder gold from enemy Hoards! They can be hit by other Alliances!
The new update Haypi Adventure: Kingdom of Glory 1.6.0 also brings some great news to the most powerful ship lords in the game. Now, they advance further and level up to Player Level 49. Of course, new challenging tasks are added for such top leveled players. It is exciting to have the upper hand! In addition, players can continue to develop and upgrade their buildings and technology up to Level 12! The Magic Crystals can also get further upgraded. In the new version, highest level of upgrading Crystals is Level 16. These top ranked Crystals have new special effects!

As former CIO for NYC Office of The Mayor, Girish and his team were responsible for providing IT support for the Septemeber 11th Memorial Services every year. On the 10th anniversary of September 11th, the memorial park was opened to the victim's families for the first time, and City Hall needed a real-time tool to effectively manage more than 12,000 attendees trying to enter a 3000 capacity park at the same time from different entrances after the memorial services concluded. There was no tool available in the market to handle something like this and Girish created a crude version of Countup to manage this. "My personal goal is to increase the proficiency for our kids to have instant mental recall of multiplication and division facts," says developer Evelyn Eldridge. "These are areas that I feel hinder future success in math. I see this over and over, where kids struggle with math in later years because they cannot recognize simple math facts. 'Carl Can Divide' helps a child's recall of math facts, rewarding them with entertaining gameplay, a place on the leaderboard, and virtual prize awards each time they help Carl safely make his journey."
To begin, players select a divisor, for example: "5." Then the journey begins, as Carl the happy fish progresses across the screen. Bubbles float up from the ocean floor that contain numbers. Players must swipe their finger on the bubbles containing numbers that are evenly divisible by the number they selected. Swipe the correct bubble, and Carl advances across the screen a bit and the player racks up points. Miss swiping too many of the correct answers, or swipe too many of the bubbles containing the wrong answers, and Carl will have to end his journey in order to hide from the "bad guys," who include sharks, jellyfish, mantas, and more.
The challenge increases with every successful journey. Players begin the game by attempting to select only the number bubbles divisible evenly by 10. Then they advance level by level, by looking for numbers divisible by 5, 2, 11, 4, 9, 3, 6, 8, 8, 7, and 12. If the player successfully navigates those waters, they'll take on square roots, and primes.
New users can make use of the short, yet informative tutorial, which tells them all about Carl and his friend Amy, as well as showing them how to play the game. The animated tutorial offers a sample of the same entertaining graphics, animation, and sound effects that players will enjoy while playing the actual game.
"As a university professor in mathematics, I sometimes see students that lack the confidence to tackle math problems for themselves," says Jeff Orchard, University of Waterloo Math Professor. Each level of play in "Carl" lasts only a few minutes, making it easy for kids to play, "just one more level," before dinner or bedtime.
