If you grew up playing computer games like Prince of Persia, Doom and Diablo, Replay is the trivia game for you.
Questions are divided into genres (Action, Adventure, RPG, Strategy, and Sim). Each correct answer earns coins for the player, which can be used to get hints on later questions. If you get stuck on a question, you can share the screenshot on Facebook to get help from friends. With every round you win, you'll see a Wikipedia excerpt about the game so you can beef up your knowledge of these video game classics.
Replay's content was entirely crowdsourced, with over 60 game developers contributing their favorite titles to the final list - including Commander Keen, Lemmings, Diablo, Duke Nukem 3D, Leisure Suit Larry, and many more.
"When I was 16, playing Doom or UFO Enemy Unknown was like breathing for me. Replay brings back so many memories of playing games with my friends and in the school computer lab," says Petr Fodor, Replay's co-creator. "I thought I'd played every game this classic era had to offer - but it turns out I was wrong! Sky Battles features bi-planes and giant titan bosses like krakens, sea monsters and fire breathing dragons to name a few. It also includes a multiplayer mode allowing players to engage in online dogfights. With a successful Steam Greenlight campaign, Steam achievements and leader boards have been implemented to complement the gaming experience.
Toronto, Canada - Peter Lacalamita has announced his indie air combat game Sky Battles has launched on Steam, the venerable online store for PC and Mac games. Sky Battles is independently made by Toronto artist, animator and game developer Peter Lacalamita over the course of approximately two and a half years. The game had a successful Steam Greenlight campaign, a prerequisite for approval on the Steam platform. It managed to capture the attention of various gaming media heavyweights like Rock Papers Shotgun and Indie Games, as well as receiving over 14000 votes from Steam members.

Peter Lacalamita has announced Sky Battles, his new indie air combat game on Steam, the venerable online store for PC and Mac games. Sky Battles features bi-planes and giant titan bosses like krakens, sea monsters and fire breathing dragons to name a few. It also includes a multiplayer mode allowing players to engage in online dogfights. With a successful Steam Greenlight campaign, Steam achievements and leader boards have been implemented to complement the gaming experience.
Toronto, Canada - Peter Lacalamita has announced his indie air combat game Sky Battles has launched on Steam, the venerable online store for PC and Mac games. Sky Battles is independently made by Toronto artist, animator and game developer Peter Lacalamita over the course of approximately two and a half years. The game had a successful Steam Greenlight campaign, a prerequisite for approval on the Steam platform. It managed to capture the attention of various gaming media heavyweights like Rock Papers Shotgun and Indie Games, as well as receiving over 14000 votes from Steam members.
Sky Battles features bi-planes and giant titan bosses like krakens, sea monsters and fire breathing dragons to name a few. It also includes a multiplayer mode allowing players to engage in online dogfights. Steam achievements and leader boards have been implemented to complement the gaming experience. The launch of Sky Battles on Steam will be followed by a release on other platforms including iOS and Android. Consoles are also being considered.

Weasel Woodpecker consists of randomly generated levels. The gameplay follows the tried and tested "simple to control, hard to master" ideology. That might sound like something that's been done before, but we have managed to do our own take on the gameplay.
You start by controlling the weasel. By timing your jump correctly, the weasel lands on the woodpecker's back. Once you've managed to hitch a ride, you control the woodpecker, avoiding obstacles and collecting acorns along the way. When you see a ledge at the end of the level, you will need to jump off. Splice 2.3.1 includes the following key features:
* Automatic Chapter Track
Splice gives you the option to add chapter markers between the joined segments of the composite movie.
* Preference Panel
A new Preference Panel lets you set default values for the various options that affect the output movie created by Splice.
* Enhanced User Interface
The Splice user interface has been modified to provide a Full Screen mode that maximizes the user's visual work area, a tighter integration with the User Notification Center for less intrusive feedback when background tasks finish, and a more verbose error reporting system for quick diagnosis of problems.
* Clip Segments:
Splice now has a time range slider that controls how much of the clip will be included in the final output movie. You have the option of using just part of a movie or choosing to use the whole thing.
* Background Exports:
Splice handles the creation of new output files using a background task. This allows you to continue working on other activities within Splice without waiting for the new file process to finish.
* Sharing:
Once you have created a new movie, Splice allows you to share the completed exports via e-mail or using popular internet services (such as Vimeo).
* Simple Organization:
Organizing how clips appear in the final movies is simple: select the clip you want and drag it to the location where you'd like it to play. Done!
* Movie Placement:
If the movies in your collection are different sizes, Splice centers each movie on the playback canvas.

"We understand that when you're first starting out, funding a conference fee, hotel and airfare is not an easy thing to do," says Cris Ippolite. "These two scholarships will make it possible for two developers who would not normally be able to attend DevCon to join us."

"Coincidentally, both Cris and I attended our first DevCon in Monterrey, California and it marked the beginning of exciting careers for both of us," says Molly Connolly. Version 1.4 makes it easy to quickly customize the time display. A long single-finger press toggles between normal or thin display fonts. A long two-finger press toggles analog or digital time display, and a long three-finger press toggles 12 or 24-hour mode. You can also adjust the color to suit your mood, and save it for future use. On iPhones, we have provided a long-proximity gesture that turns off the display backlight completely. On other devices, the backlight is dimmed as low as possible, but iOS currently does not allow the backlight to be turned off when an app is active. We hope full programmatic backlight switching will be supported in future iOS versions, and encourage everyone to request a backlight-switching enhancement to iOS.

Toronto (ON), Canada - Zevrix Solutions today announces the release of Output Factory 1.5.20, a maintenance update to its solution to automate printing, exporting and preflighting from Adobe InDesign. Output Factory automates and simplifies workflows of printers, prepress bureaus, ad agencies and publishing houses worldwide by offering batch processing with powerful and time-saving output options.
The new version improves export of InDesign documents as TIFF and JPEG images by using intermediate PDF files as the image source. Zevrix Solutions today announces Output Factory 1.5.20, a maintenance update to its output automation solution for Adobe InDesign. Output Factory automates printing, exporting and preflighting from InDesign, and offers batch processing, export as single pages, variable file names, layer versioning, PDF preflight, automatic file delivery, output history and more. The new version improves export of InDesign documents as TIFF and JPEG images by using intermediate PDF files as the image source.
Toronto (ON), Canada - Zevrix Solutions today announces the release of Output Factory 1.5.20, a maintenance update to its solution to automate printing, exporting and preflighting from Adobe InDesign. Output Factory automates and simplifies workflows of printers, prepress bureaus, ad agencies and publishing houses worldwide by offering batch processing with powerful and time-saving output options.
The new version improves export of InDesign documents as TIFF and JPEG images by using intermediate PDF files as the image source. It lets users create images of higher quality and bypass InDesign's limitations on the raster image dimensions and resolution. The update also lets users embed document's color profile in the output images to ensure color consistency across multiple output targets and devices.
