New App Shows Kentucky Derby Prep Races March 22 & 23 - Published on 03/20/14

Want to go to the Kentucky Derby? In order to get there your horse must first go through the Kentucky Derby Prep Races. If you can't make it in person this new app will help by showing live and replay of the Spiral Stakes and Sunland Derby this weekend both Kentucky Derby Prep Races. Find your favorite on the Horse Races Now app and get ready for the big race at Churchill Downs May 3rd. More than 148,000 have downloaded this app.

Lexington, KY - The Spiral Stakes and Sunland Derby, both Kentucky Derby prep races, can be seen live and in replay video from the track on the free app, Horse Races NOW on March 22 & 23, 2014.

A full field of 12 sophomores has been entered for the Grade 3, $550,000 Spiral Stakes on Saturday, March 22nd at Turfway Park. The race will be worth points on a 50-20-10-5 basis as part of the Road to the Kentucky Derby series. Then on Sunday's Grade 3, $800,000 Sunland Derby, nine entries will compete in a 1 1/8-mile race which awards points of 50-20-10-5 to the first four finishers toward eligibility for the May 3 classic at Churchill Downs.

Users of the Horse Races NOW app have access to more than 45 racetracks in North America and internationally from Meydan Racecourse in Dubai. Live and replay video is available in the palm of the user's hand on iPhones, iPads, iPod touch and Android devices worldwide.

About Kenny McPeek
