Nuenen, Netherlands - Manilo Apps, the independent and family-run apps company with an emphasis on creating charming brain-training games, today is proud to announce the release and immediate availability of SeaLife Rescue 2 (v1.0), the sequel to their highly addictive and popular game title for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.

After a vicious storm has hit the ocean all sea life - including fish, octopus, craps and seahorses - has been scattered around the seabed, far from their homes. The player's task is to gather the animals of the same species back together so that they can be safe and together once again.

Easy to learn but tough to truly master, SeaLife Rescue 2 is a unique and fun take on the classic 'Match Three'-style game. High-quality and colourful graphics are beautifully placed alongside exciting power-ups and a wholly original soundtrack. The game is extremely intuitive and can be experienced by the player for a short or long length of time - from a few minutes to even hours at a time - either on the move or at home.

SeaLife Rescue 2 improves on its predecessor in a number of ways, including a new scoring system and full Facebook integration that allows users to show off their highscores to friends. This is a key feature to SeaLife Rescue 2, as the game features unlimited levels and could mean some very competitive highscore battles between friends. Unlike its predecessor, SeaLife Rescue 2 will also be available on iPads.

The release of SeaLife Rescue 2 coincides with Manilo Apps owner, Francois Boisnard, hosting a talk about the game and his company at this year's Appril - a unique festival in the Netherlands that revolves around apps and the mobile Internet.

A true 'appreneur', Boisnard launched Manilo Apps last year to show his children how to be inventive and creative in their careers regardless of small budgets: 'Manilo Apps was developed by myself from scratch on a shoestring budget, and continues to run on limited funds. This was a conscious decision because the whole idea of launching the company came from my teenage kids asking me what they could enterprise that would be innovative, have a global reach and be achievable on a student budget. I decided that the best way for them to learn was for me to lead by example.'
