Las Vegas, Nevada - Dojotron today is pleased to announce that Shatter Alley for iOS is launching in all regions on Thursday, April 10. Shatter Alley is a twist on the classic brick breaker genre that challenges players to smash through a descending, never-ending wall of bricks. Instead of a paddle, players will use multitouch to juggle many balls in play simultaneously.

Shatter Alley features colorful 3D visual effects that are synchronized to the beat of the game's music. There are a dozen tracks included, made up of house, trance, chillout electronica, and a few tracks that defy description. The game features a different level or "skin" for each track, with different colors, themes, and effects, as well as a fully customizable playlist that players can use to fine tune the game's soundtrack to their liking.

"With Shatter Alley, I want to give players a game that they can both play in 60 seconds while on the subway," explained Justin Ficarrotta, founder of Dojotron, "and then later that night put on their best pair of headphones and zone out with it for hours."

Shatter Alley's gameplay is designed to be approachable by players of all skill levels, and also continue to provide a constantly challenging experience to the most seasoned hardcore gamers. Players can add as many balls as they want to the game, allowing the more experienced players to ramp up the difficulty as much as they want, as quickly as they want, for more and faster points. "I wanted to make something that people would keep on their devices forever," continued Justin Ficarrotta.
