Draw Apart Lets Friends Collaborate and Create Hilarious Drawings - Published on 05/17/14

Draw Apart 1.0.1 from SellanApp has let users collaborate with their friends to create imaginative drawings, but with a hilarious twist: each friend only gets to create one part of the drawing, and doesn't see the finished product until everyone has made their unique contribution. Users can collaborate with their friends via the iPhone or iPad and assign each of them a specific role in drawing a piece of a man, woman, bird, mammal or fish. The imaginative & unique new no-cost app is available now.

Cupertino, California - Leave it to the creative wizards at SellanApp to take an old fashioned pen and paper game, and put an imaginative, unique and hilarious new twist on it with their unique new no-cost app Draw Apart. The old fashioned game is the one where friends get together and draw one part of an object - such as a man or a woman - but without seeing what the others have created. Eventually, all of the pieces are put together (e.g. head, arms, legs, etc.) to create something unusual and perhaps even a bit weird, but always hilarious and imaginative.

And with Draw Apart, SellanApp has re-invented this game for the modern mobile world by allowing users to collaborate with their friends via the iPhone or iPad, and assign each of them a specific role in drawing a piece of a man, woman, bird, mammal or fish. For example, one friend can be directed to draw the head, the other the arms, and so on. Naturally, each friend cannot see what the others are doing, and as has no idea how their unique contribution will ultimately impact the final drawing.

Users who start a drawing can let it unfold randomly, or they can select a theme (e.g. profession, sport, etc.). They can also access cool drawing tools including a helpful eraser, and upload/crop pictures directly from their device.

"The world can be a pretty predictable and dull place sometimes, and so it's important to spark one's imagination!" commented a spokesperson from SellanApp. "And now with DrawApart, friends can share a memorable, hilarious and fun experience that will leave them laughing and wondering how on earth they managed to create something so unique. It's perfect for people of all ages, and a refreshingly creative break from an often ordinary world."
