Upon opening the app, users are given the choice of whether they'd like to select a photo from their Photo Library or take a new one with their device. There are 3 different categories of filters in Look: Clean, Funky, and Black & White. Within each category are many styles to choose from. Each style is named after a U.S. city for easy remembrance and convenience.
Navigating Look is simple. At the bottom of the screen, Look shows thumbnail previews of the selected photo with the different presets applied. By simply tapping on the thumbnail previews of the preset, the photo is styled immediately. Users can also choose from 30 different borders ranging from clean and elegant to vintage and sloppy borders, in addition to specific film treatment types like Kodak, Fuji, and Ektachrome.
Look has 6 different cropping options for users to take advantage of. Photos can be cropped to conventional photo sizes or the user can customize their own.
Users can share their stylized photos thru social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Hi-res images can also be shared in Adobe Reader, Dropbox, Evernote, and Documents. Look provides easy export of images to e-mail and photo libraries. Users can also set the exported image size to small, medium, and full.
