Alongside new daily motivational messages, the new update includes interactive social media features that allow users to inspire others through online networks.
The application gives users access to daily dynamic messages and quotes for inspiration at their fingertips whenever they choose. A simple-to-navigate menu allows people to choose which type of motivation they seek. "Today's Drive," displaying a newly uploaded inspiration each day, "In a Word," which lets people select an emotion and receive a list that is related, and "List of Drives," allows users to choose what they need from a list of phrases geared toward that desired motivation.
"For a society that's constantly connected through technology, sometimes that connection lacks emotional depth," said Colleen Sherman, owner of the Milestones Collection. "This app offers emotional support and motivation that's sometimes lost through daily communication when people need it most. We are trying to fill these gaps."
The Daily Drive, Volume One also encourages users to "pay it forward" by sharing the quotes and phrases that inspire them. New capabilities can share "drives" via text, email, Facebook and Twitter with friends all over the world in need of extra motivation. As "sharing" is becoming increasingly important throughout online social circles, the application creates the possibility of putting something positive out in the webspace.
