Solingen, Germany - UNIVERSE Software GmbH is pleased to introduce pdf FieldMerge Professional, an app that provides, in addition to the known functionality of PDF FieldMerge, a tool for the creation of mapping tables, its own JavaScript engine as well a project administration. With mapping tables, different forms with different structures can be used without adjustment of the forms or data sources. Even export values that are necessary to enable radio buttons and check boxes are mapped correctly.
The JavaScript engine allows calculations and changes before the data are mixed into the PDF form. This is especially helpful if the original form cannot be changed, but calculations and more are necessary.
The project management is a very useful tool for administrators to provide end users a complete project that contains all necessary data possible. The end user selects only the required records and creates in no time lots of personalized PDF forms. Thus, even the use of the most extensive databases is a breeze. Currently, Excel, CSV and FDF files can be processed directly. More data connections, including databases are planned. Furthermore, a batch process is possible to fill in a single step with different PDF forms using a single data source. Simultaneously, the field parameter can also be transmitted, for example, to set the write protection for a field or fields to convert to text (flatten).
