AlarmClockLabs has released SleepControl 1.0.1, offering the fastest and easiest way to set an alarm on your iPhone. The app monitors the iPhone battery over night and features the innovative Emergency Battery Alarm. Created especially for optimal readability and great comfort at low light, SleepControl's Fast Sleep feature enables the user to set an alarm literally in 3 seconds: perfect for a short nap. "I was always annoyed of using a professional battery maintenance app in addition to an alarm clock when I charged my iPhone at night," explained Andreas Zerbes, Founder Alarm Clock Labs. The app monitors the iPhones power usage and calculates remaining battery and charge time. If the current battery level is not sufficient for the active alarm, SleepControl will either initiate the battery emergency alarm when the power drops below a critical level (e.g. due to a loose contact / the user forgot to plug in the charger) or puts the iPhone in a power saving mode to schedule a background alarm. In addition, you can trickle charge your iPhone over night and increase your battery lifespan with the provided battery maintenance advice.

SleepControl's Fast Sleep feature enables the user to set an alarm literally in 3 (!) seconds - perfect for a short nap. Setting a countdown or wake up time is just one swipe away from the main screen. SleepControl not only displays the remaining charge and battery time but also how much time the user has left to sleep. If they wake up in the middle of the night, one quick glance at the screen tells them all necessary information to carefree fall asleep again. Everything is wrapped in a flat design, which was created especially for optimal readability and great comfort at low light.
