The Story of Dracolino includes games and activities that teach counting, musical composition, vocabulary, memory, and more.

Madrid, Spain - Technology for Emotions has announced the release and immediate availability of The Story of Dracolino 1.0, its new interactive educational book for iPad. Dracolino is a little dragon who wants to sing instead of being like other dragons who breathe fire and scare people. Written by famous author, psychologist, and social and emotional learning expert, Begonia Ibarrola, The Story of Dracolino teaches children how to overcome their embarrassment and to believe in themselves and the power of their dreams. It also helps children develop other socio-emotional competencies to foster self-acceptance and happiness in their lives, such as:

Within the settings, parents can choose the language of the application and book. To help children broaden their emotional intelligence, The Story of Dracolino includes professional guidelines for parents and teachers. These guidelines can be accessed by tapping on the Family icon in the upper right corner of the interface. A pop-up box will appear that features suggestions and questions that the parent or teacher can ask the child to help them process the different elements of the story and apply them to his or her own life.
