To mark the 4th anniversary of Maps 3D, the app has been completely redesigned, rebuilt, and relaunched as Maps 3D PRO.
Ideal for hikers, runners, cyclists, and anyone who enjoys exploring the great outdoors, Maps 3D PRO is a global navigation tool that uses GPS to provide searchable maps. Maps 3D PRO provides orientation with online or offline access and users can download maps in advance to display them when there is no signal to be had. There are 11 different maps sourced from NASA elevation scans, USGS Topographic Maps, and OpenStreetMap (OSM) available for download. These maps can be viewed in either 2D or 3D formats. Boasting over 1 million users worldwide, Maps 3D PRO is an interactive app, with all maps responding to gesture controls. A compass and a blue arrow displayed on the map always points in the direction the user is traveling. The waypoint system provided by Maps 3D PRO keeps users from straying from their planned route.
