With enormous changes in Political, Economic and Foreign Policy of Myanmar, CDC started to invest in IT business. CDC published Chin-Eng-Myanmar Dictionary in 2012 and also develop Mobile application for both IOS and Android version. After that, Mr. Shwe Hein together with his two classmates from MBA course discussed about the potential of language application market in Myanmar. Three Entrepreneurs, Mr. Shwe Hein, Mr. Phyo Wai Hla and Dr. Naing Win Latt then co-founded the Talk-It-Eazy team and started a couple of projects including this travel assistant phrasebook application.
