Pickapik photo app delivers on the promise of a new social experience - Published on 11/18/15

Risal Debs has released Pickapik 1.1 for iOS, a social-share solution for sharing and choosing photographs. Pickapik makes it easy for followers to rank your photos, or simply approve, or not, of the shots you send. It allows for amateurs and pros alike to share up to four photos for your followers to compare and help you decide. It also offers loads of options like filters and tagging choices, editing tools like cropping, easy library and storage options, and more.

London, United Kingdom - The new Pickapik photo app makes so much sense that no wonder it was a teen app designer who thought of it when he wanted a better social-share solution for sharing and choosing photographs. Risal Debs, who says Pickapik "was done with passion," didn't have a good way to privately share shots with friends and family who help him to choose the best posts.

So Risal created Pickapik, which allows for amateurs and pros alike to share up to four photos for your followers to compare and help you decide! Whether selecting pictures for business, or for personal use or everyday fun, you can select photos directly from your own camera roll, or use Pickapik camera, but either way the app is loaded with features and options that help you express yourself and create the photos you envision.

"I like clean and intuitive design, and Pickapik reflects that," said Risal, who co-founded the company with his mother, Reem Debs. "What was most important to me was the privacy that Pickapik offers. Creative people know that their photography benefits from some critique, but many photos we take are meant to be private - or at least private before they're shared. That's what's so great about Pickapik."

The Pickapik app makes it easy for followers to rank your photos, or simply approve - or not - of the shots you send. But it also offers loads of options like filters and tagging choices, editing tools like cropping, easy library and storage options, and the ability to link multiple social accounts to Pickapik.

Pickapik is available in the Apple iTunes store. The free 1.1 version adds features like emojis, easier interface for adding tags and mentions, and more elegant functionality that includes slide-swipe or autoscroll options.

Based in London, Risal Debs, 14 year old who is the founder of Pickapik app and Reem Debs, his mom who is the co-founder of the app. We made it sound like its a photographer app we should write that the idea came like that but the app now is a fun device for friends to take each others opinion and a great tool for anyone with a client base to study his clients' preferences and choices.
