Using EverdowPSI's flexible Settings functions, users can easily setup all of the information about their business that they need to keep track of and record. Company information is quickly entered, and anyone with permission can quickly create categories related to Warehouse, Payments, Receipts, and Payment. Each category can include as many sub-categories as are needed to track each category.

User creation and management is a breeze in the app, thanks to the System Menu. Here, administrators can easily setup user groups, as well as individual users, and apply various levels of permissions and access for each user. Admins can easily manage passwords, and view the activity of each user, via the easy to use and comprehensive System Menu.

The Business functions of the app offer immediately access to, and management of, vital information. The built-in Portal allows up-to-the-minute looks at sales revenue - including today's, this month's, and last month's revenue - as well as tracking of procurement costs for this month and last month. Incoming and outgoing stock figures are viewable with the click of a mouse, as well as up to the minute inventory and product information for every warehouse. Users can easily set product costs, sales prices, and low inventory warnings, making the management of multiple warehouses and product mixes easier than ever before.
