Concord, Massachusetts - East Coast Pixels, Inc. today is proud to announce the release and immediate availability of CurbAppeal, a Real Estate photography app developed for iOS devices. CurbAppeal is designed for Airbnb hosts or professional realtors who need to take compelling photos to promote their properties in the rental or sales markets. Photos are the primary marketing materials for online real estate sites and good photography results in increased rental frequency or more purchase offers.

The iPhone has evolved to become an excellent camera, and with the addition of the functionality unique to CurbAppeal, it can now take great real estate photos. Why get an expensive camera or hire a professional when the answer is in your pocket?

CurbAppeal addresses the primary issue of indoor real estate photography, difficult lighting, with multi-exposure fusion technology. The CurbAppeal camera analyses the scene to compute three exposures and captures them instantaneously. The photos are then 'fused' together taking the best exposed areas of each one, to create one perfectly lit image. You get professional results with no effort.

A dual level in the camera helps take straight photos with additional straightening adjustment available after the shot is captured. Crop is simple and maintains the original aspect ratio. CurbAppeal's lighting, detail, white balance and color controls are interactive and non-destructive. Users can even describe each scene using tasteful lower third title overlays.

Photos are captured as a property set and can be sorted and sifted with simple drag gestures. A batch export process resizes all the photos to a specified size, including letter boxing portrait photos. Photos can be saved to the photo album, a Dropbox account or directly to a Flexmls service. Photos can also be saved at print resolution for use in brochures or even exported as a virtual tour video.
