When you first start the app, you can provide details of all the properties you're viewing, including the address, and the purchase or rental price. Furthermore, you can look up the properties on a map, as well as apply your own personal star rating to each property you're viewing.

The app also provides an interactive checklist for the things you should be looking out for. This consists of questionnaires that are split into different topics about the house, such as Roofing & Guttering, Windows, Damp, Heating & Plumbing, Electricity and more. For example, you will be asked to check are there any signs of damp in the attic. Also, is the boiler more than 10 years old and is there vegetation growing in the guttering?
