Valencia, California - Independent developer, Adrian Ramirez today is proud to announce the release of Spiritual Me 1.5.1, an important update to his popular mobile app that helps users meditate and achieve a refreshed spirit. The new version of the app is free to download and offers four new routines that can be unlocked. The app guides users through exercises that enable them to practice meditation while being inspired by nature, art and scripture.

"We got a lot of really positive feedback on version 1.0 of Spiritual Me," said Adrian Ramirez, creator of the app. "Now, we're helping people go further in their spiritual development. We let you take time out of your busy day and spend time enhancing your spiritual awareness - refreshing your mental and emotional fitness."

Spiritual Me asks users to select their current state of mind and current emotion and then enter a bad habit or attribute they would like to improve on - along with other current feelings or goals. The app then commences a light exercise period that allows the user to refresh their mind and spirit. Users are then asked to focus in the present moment by closing their eyes, but staying alert and listening to the world around them.

The next step is creative expression, when a short period of drawing a picture related to a specific theme on the screen is suggested. The resulting drawing can then be saved as an image, or shared with others via text message, email, Facebook, Twitter, and other popular social networks. Finally, the app displays a quote from the user's selected books - including the Tao Te Ching, Torah, Bible, or the Holy Qur'an - and then asks them to close their eyes and ponder it.
