The Core5 Starter Edition is a streamlined CRM solution for individuals and teams. With access from desktop, laptop, or iOS device, users always have the information they need at their fingertips. Teams can work collaboratively and share information whether in the office, on the road, or working from home.

The Core5 Starter Edition is preconfigured to connect with QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online. Using the FM Books Connector or FM Books Connector Online Edition, the Core5 Starter Edition can transfer contacts and invoices to QuickBooks and pull payment information. Its interactive dashboard helps managers easily track estimates, orders, and invoices, and view task lists and pending appointments.

"We are excited to release the latest addition to our line of Core CRM software! We believe the Core5 Starter Edition's intuitive design, customizable structure, QuickBooks integration, and multi-platform accessibility will provide customers with an easy-to-use CRM tool that they can build out on their own. It is ideal for customers who are new to FileMaker or those customers who might have a legacy system they are looking to replace." Keith Larochelle, Chief Financial Officer, Productive Computing, Inc.

The Core5 Starter Edition CRM is equipped to manage and track the following business aspects:

Contacts: The Contacts module maintains all contact information for leads, customers, and vendors. Users can track related notes, create appointments and to dos, add documents, and link contacts to estimates, orders, and invoices.

Sales: The Sales module allows users to create estimates, orders, and invoices for contacts. With a QuickBooks integration, the bookkeeper can easily push invoices to QuickBooks and pull payment information into the Core5.

Documents: The Documents module provides secure document storage. Users can link documents to related contacts and tag with keywords and descriptions for easy searchability.

Dashboard: The Dashboard module provides sales charts, customer overview graphs, and lists of contacts, to dos and appointments, and all sales transactions to analyze company performance. The bookkeeper can use the Dashboard to push and pull multiple records at once between Core5 and QuickBooks.

There are three license options for the Core5 Starter Edition:
1. Free Core5 Desktop - single machine, single user, no customization available
2. Core5 SaaS - hosted, multi-user access, remote access, customizable, includes all necessary FileMaker licensing
3. Core5 Site License - fully unlocked, ability to host for mobile and multi-user access, customizable
