Flying Squirrel LLC announces TravelMates 1.0, their travel plan sharing app for iOS devices. TravelMates has been developed for flight crews and frequent travelers in mind. It helps you keep track of you friends' locations and allows you to arrange a meeting place whilst on an overnight! Are you a pilot? a flight attendant? maybe a frequent traveler? Ever wonder if one of your friends or colleagues is overnighting in the same location you are? Now you can!
Phoenix, Arizona - Flying Squirrel LLC is proud to announce the release of TravelMates 1.0, their travel plan sharing app for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices. Are you a pilot? a flight attendant? maybe a frequent traveler? Ever wonder if one of your friends or colleagues is overnighting in the same location you are?
Now you can!
TravelMates allows you and your friends to share your next overnight destinations, up to thirty overnights, so you can share with your friends. Only TravelMates in your list can share their overnights with you, as you will share yours with them. You have the ability to see your TravelMates' overnights on a calendar and if you are unsure where that location is, you can tap on the overnight to see it on a map.
And speaking of maps, a map page referred to as "radar" will show all your logged in TravelMates' positions in real time. Want to invite your TravelMate to lunch? dinner? a drink? you can do it through TravelMates! Our chat feature allows you to chat with your TravelMates so you can arrange your meeting spot! As simple as that! Now you can meet up with your friends or colleagues on your trips! The more friends you invite through TravelMates and build your own network the more fun you will have!!!
*Please note that location services and notifications have to be enabled for all TravelMates features to work.
