iAchieved Doesn't Provide "Too Much Information," Which Is Good! - Published on 10/25/19

TraxItAll Software announces iAchieved 2.0, an important update for their app for iOS devices, focused on helping users to see what's actually going on in their lives. It keeps track of appointments, To-Do's, and events. But, it also provides a number of filters so users can reduce the clutter of minor entries and see what really matters to them, including just what they've accomplished in the past week, month, quarter, or year.

Chicago, Illinois - TraxItAll Software is proud to announce the release and immediate availability of iAchieved 2.0, an important update for their app for iPhone and iPad devices that gives users a way to actually see what's going on in their lives.

According to David Canfield, president of TraxItAll Software, "Calendar apps a great for keeping track of your appointments, but with all the information they provide, it can be hard to use them to see what's really happening in your life. You just can't pull that picture out from these apps, because it's 'too much information,' as the saying goes. Instead, they mainly just show you your monthly schedule."

In contrast, according to Canfield, iAchieved does give users a way of seeing that picture, with three main advantages in this regard over other apps. First, it tracks not only appointments, but "To-Do's" as well, so users see both in the same app. Second, it displays users' entries in List format, rather than in Calendar-Grid format. Finally, and most importantly, iAchieved uses a number of filters that remove clutter from a given view and allow the user to focus in on what really matters.

In particular, says Canfield, iAchieved gives users a way to see what they've actually accomplished. "Users can keep a record of the special things they do day-by-day. Then, at the end of the month or year, they can quickly see a list of their major accomplishments, their 'Achievements,' to find out if they're making progress on the things that matter most to them."

The ability to handle To-Do's is also a great feature of iAchieved. According to Canfield, "As we were developing iAchieved we realized that an app like this could, in addition, be quite useful for handling To-Do's that have a specific deadline. For example, simple matters such as "Change Oil on the Ford Fusion," "Deadline for City Sticker," "Change the Furnace Filter," or, "Has Editor Replied?"

"We're really happy to be able to offer such a unique and useful app to iPhone and iPad users," says Canfield, "and encourage everyone to give it a try. They should see for themselves how it can help them to see what's actually going on in their lives!"

iAchieved was initially released in November of 2017 as "What I Did," but the name was changed to iAchieved with the release of version 2.0 in April of 2018. Please contact David Canfield at TraxItAll Software for more information.
