"Ulocal gives people real time connection to the things that matter to them most," said Elia Fornari, co-founder of Ulocal. "We created the call feature to give travelers a way to get helpful advice quickly; now they don't have to waste time researching and reading reviews when they need travel tips for food, fun, and culture. We also knew it was important to pinpoint the language of each expert spoke to get quick and effective advice on the go."

The free messaging and voice calls give users the ability to make contact with Ulocal's experts before visiting a new location. This means travelers will have great insight on the etiquette in a particular city as well as common vernacular. Ulocal features allow unlimited calling while using wi-fi or mobile data. This function helps users who are low on minutes each month sidestep overage fees from their mobile carriers.
