Simplified Software has released two upgrades to their long time produce packages Broker Advantage and Produce Advantage. The new versions further simplify the ability to process an order and have the information right on the screen at your fingertips. These enhancements grew out of client requests. Broker Advantage includes Sales Order Processing, Reporting, and more. Produce Advantage adds Purchase Order, Traceability, Inventory control, and more.

Santa Cruz, California - "Simplified Software has released two upgrades to their long time produce packages Broker Advantage and Produce Advantage. The new versions further simplify the ability to process an order and have all the ancillary information right on the screen at your fingertips. These enhancements grew out of client requests to provide all types of information on one screen without having to move to another module," says developer Greg Mainis.

Karen Branco of Produce West, a long time client says that she loves the ability to mark commodity lines on one order and have them copy to another order; it saves her a lot of time.

Over 100 enhancements have been added from interface design to traceability in this software release and Simplified Software is not stopping there. Over the course of the year the company will be releasing two additional upgrades: an accounting upgrade, a stand alone iPad version that will allow the user to sync data back to the server and an internet browser based client version.

Broker Advantage includes Sales Order Processing, Reporting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation. Produce Advantage adds Purchase Order, Traceability, Inventory control, Grower Accounting, and individual customer pricing per commodity. Both products use the new version of FileMaker Pro 13 and run in either the Windows or Macintosh OS environments.

These products come complete with over 1100 palletized products, 500 vendor/shipper/growers, their coolers and labels; and the chart of accounts are set-up ready to go on day one. An intuitive design allows a new user to start adding orders and processing information right away. All documents can be printed, pdf-ed, emailed or faxed directly through the system in one step.
