Seoul, Republic of Korea - YeaStudio today is pleased to announce the release and immediate availability of Junimong 1.0.10, an update to their popular children's drawing app for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices. Relying on the universal language of art, Junimong helps kids express their creativity and communicate globally through their drawings. This, in turn, helps foster emotional stability and cognitive development in children, as well as encourages them to express their individuality.

"Junimong is a playground for children where they can freely express themselves through the common language of art," explains Won Man Choi, founder of YeaStudio. "The app was inspired by one of my childhood experiences. Both of my parents possess speech and hearing impairments so every time they wanted to explain something complex to me, they had no choice but to do so by drawing. Now that I am a father myself, I have further observed that kids communicate through drawings even when they cannot or are unable to speak. Through these experiences, I realized that drawing is a common language between children from all over the world. It surpasses all barriers and can help children connect and communicate. This is how Junimong came to be."

Feature Highlights:
* Simple and intuitive User Interface
* Suitable for children of all ages
* Save artwork in collection
* Collect and save drawings by others
* Communicate through art with friends worldwide
* Adjust stylus size
* Large palette wheel of 15 different colors
* Add and view comments or emoticons
* Syncs across devices
* Gallery of images
* Kid-friendly and free with no in-app purchases
* Junimong contests
* Ability to turn children's drawings into gifts

Through a colorful and comfortable interface, children can create a picture in Junimong from a palette wheel of 15 colors and an adjustable stylus. Once the picture is completed, it can be safely saved in the child's gallery collection and shared with other children around the world. Junimong provides automatic synchronization across devices so the child's gallery is always up-to-date with their artwork.

As an educational tool, Junimong uses the playing method to help kids learn and grow. When a child selects a color from their toolbox, a voice describes the color they have selected in their language of choice. This allows the child to learn colors in a gentle, easy, and interesting way.

Junimong allows kids to collect, "like" and leave animated emoticon-designed comments on drawings created by other children. In creating this safe social network for art, Junimong promotes understanding and communication between kids from around the world. Kids can check out the profiles of other Junimong users and become friends with them. To help with the selection process of which artwork is displayed in the child's newsfeed, Junimong collects and analyzes the drawing behavior pattern of each child and suggests other drawings by other children that they are likely to prefer. Submissions "liked" by the most Junimong users are rewarded with surprise prizes and there is a drawing contest where kids can submit their best works of art.

"Drawings reflect everything that children see, think, experience, and imagine," says Won Man Choi. "Children express their individuality, thoughts and feelings through their artwork. Junimong is a place where children throughout the world can communicate with each other through drawings - the most common language of children."

The latest version of Junimong includes some improvements in functionality and the addition of Christmas themed items.
