Main gameplay has your character in the gym, using the touch controls on your iPhone, you will move various weights to grow your muscles, it even includes a fully functioning punch bag to help get your character ripped with 6 pack abs. You will have to manage his energy though and there will be regular trips to the supermarket and supplement store to buy food.
Once you have successfully leveled up some of your funny looking characters muscles, you can enter into various competitions and earn in game money. This is used to buy new hairstyles, trainers and accessories for you character.
