Some other interesting facts about Advent App:
* It is completely free to download Advent App, to create calendars or to view them. To give away a calendar, there is a one-time fee of $0.99 USD per calendar, which you can then send to as many people as you like.
* Advent app does not require registering nor signing in
* If you give away a calendar, a link is created. This link can be given away as often as you like.
* The receiver simply downloads Advent App and clicks the link on the smartphone to load his or her personal Advent calendar.
* Each door can be updated whenever you like, so a calendar does not have to be completed in one go.
* Advent App runs with iOS 9 and iOS 10. Advent Calendars cannot be created but consumed on Android smartphones.

The story of Traumtraum UG

What do you do when you're deeply in love, your girlfriend is on the other side of the world relaxing at the beach with some kangaroos, and you'd love to send her an Advent calendar? If you're a passionate programmer, you wonder why no one has ever bothered to develop an app with which one can send away Advent surprises in an easy and beautifully designed way via smartphone. You then talk about it with two good friends, who also love travelling the world and know that the people close to you are sometimes just out of reach. And if these three friends all love dreaming and developing ideas, an Advent App comes into being.

First in their minds, at the kitchen table and in a Neukolln bar with some Moscow Mules, then on the drawing board, and finally in bits and codes. Whenever these three Berlin friends aren't in the same place - foreign cities and countries are always calling - they meet up digitally, and work on their goal: namely, that this year, no one will have to be without an Advent calendar just because there was no time for handicraft or the postal service has been delayed.

Evangelos Sismanidis (34) studied computer science in Mannheim. His passion for iPhone programming became his profession - he lives and works in Berlin.

Susanna Fill (30) graduated at Miami Ad School and works as an Art Director in Berlin.

Susanne Bergner (32) has an M. A. in German literature and philosophy and studied Design Thinking at the Hasso-Plattner Institute in Potsdam. She is working in product development and marketing.
