It helps users create detailed queries to pinpoint the exact file they want to get to. HoudahSpot unleashes the full power of the Spotlight engine built into Mac OS X.

HoudahSpot fully supports Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard through 10.9 Mavericks. HoudahSpot 3.9 adds the ability to tag files from the search results list. It also adds options to copy file names and properties as tab delimted values. This makes it easy to process result lists using spreadsheet applications, custom scripts or third party applications. This release also bring refinements to both search set up and results display.
